Although this Green House Hotel is said to be in London, it takes about 20 minutes to get there, and the environment inside this hotel is very Qingqiu. I arrived at night because it was the Easter holiday and there were many people renting the hotel. Those young people kept the scorching sun in the room and it was very noisy. It can be said that the sound insulation was very poor all night. There were no big problems except that the floor was relatively thin and it was easy to hear the sounds from upstairs and downstairs.

Great location and friendly staff. The room is tidy and clean in general. Stayed there for a week and the price for that is reasonable. Would be nicer if there was a more regular room cleaning. B. Srinivasa at the reception was friendly and helpful. Would come and stay again when I visit next time.

Ideally located with car park nearby, beware of current building works ongoing next to hotel, started at 0700 hrs. Also can hear doors opening and closing and people walking down corridors. Clean and tidy room, but smaller than expected!

Not sure about some of the negative reviews. Our stay was perfectly fine and we recommend staying at this Travelodge. We were right in the heart of Kingston with all shops, cafes and nightlife within a stone's throw. The room was no frills, but very clean and excellent value for what we paid. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. They were all so friendly, incredibly customer focused and professional. Kudos to Yasir, who ensured we were always well looked after and pampered at breakfast time, always welcoming us with the greatest smile. It made such a difference! Keep up the good work.
