“Nice Resort on Long Beach” Want a Sands is a nice resort on one of the best beaches in Thailand. Pool Access room was excellent and the buffet breakfast was very good. Lots of variety for either western or Thai food and very tasty. The staff at the resort are top-notch. Derek the manager and his team are committed to you enjoying your stay at the resort. Lots of families at the resort but also a great location for couples wanting to experience a wonderful resort on a beautiful beach in Koh Lanta. Highly recommend “Fabulous location on the beach! ” Fabulous hotel overall. Fantastic location next to the beach, and there was so many pools to use. We had a room with pool access and it was fantastic. The only thing, I wish the fitness room would’ve been slightly bigger but it was still good. Would definitely stay here again! All the staff at reception were lovely and made sure to always help when it was needed! Definitely recommend.

Lovely bungalows built up high with a seating area underneath. Nice wooden reception and restaurant with a good menu. They also have a little coffee bar that serves great coffee. Excellent enertainment on the beach on Saturday night with a fire show and decent DJ. The beach is awesome too.

After visiting this hotel before covid, we knew how great it was and things haven't changed since. From booking via their website site, to arranging transfers, late night check - everything was great! We enjoy everything about this resort, the beautiful beach, great pool, wonderful staff and amazing food. We can't recommend this place enough...😀👍

Facilities: complete. There was a power outage one day. It took three hours to fix it. We were changed to another room at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. We didn't ask for it and didn't care. We didn't change it and almost died of heat. Hygiene: Satisfied, I forgot to clean up the room for us after a day out Environment: very good. It is divided into two parts, the upper part and the lower part. There is a sea view on the mountain, and a room directly connected to the swimming pool at the bottom. It is recommended to live on the mountain, but it is a bit troublesome to take a shuttle bus Near the restaurant on the mountain Service: The hotel is close to the pier, a taxi is 70 baht per person, there is no pick-up and drop-off, but there is a reservation desk, you can book a car

Sri Lanta Resort: Highly recommended Stayed at Sri Lanta Resort for 5 nights and had an extremely enjoyable/relaxing experience. The room was top shelf. Nice big comfortable bed with a fantastic view over-looking the sea. Very clean. Great air-con. Mini-fridge. Balcony. Extremely nice bathroom with double sinks. Give the room two thumbs up. A little bit of a walk up-hill but it’s not a mountain. Easy solution if you rent a scooter. Food was really good. Good balance between Thai and western food. Fruit shakes were on point. Restaurant is on the beach with a great sunset. Ordered room service with a pizza one evening. The manager and staff were beyond amazing. Nice and friendly. When checking-in to the resort, the manager escorted us to the hotel room himself. He was deadly awesome. Providing so much useful information on: what to do, where to go, how to do it etc. Great recommendations during our visit on the island. And extremely helpful. Transport your luggage up and down the hill to & from your hotel room when checking-in & checking-out was a bonus. Also, the staff were exceptional with transportation to and from Ko Lanta (pick up & drop off). Resort is quiet and spacious. A great place to do some relaxing. Chill out on the beach or hang out by the pool; both are nice relaxing options. There are 3 pools on the resort. The hotel is located in the middle of Ko Lanta island. So again, hiring a scooter is recommended. Kept it simple and rented from the hotel itself. Mu Ko Lanta National Park is a 20-minute ride south. Lanta Old Town is a 20-minute ride east. There are a small handful of good restaurants within walking distance too. If you are in the mood for a tasty burger, I highly recommend Hungry Shack just up the road (5 mins walk north). All in all, Sri Lanta is a great resort and highly recommended.

The beach access was unparalleled, with pristine white sands and crystal-clear waters just steps away. We indulged in delicious seafood at the hotel's beachfront restaurant, savoring every bite while watching the stunning sunsets. Overall, an unforgettable experience that exceeded all expectations. As a couple from different countries who met in a foreign land but now reside together, we sought an intimate wedding with 33 guests. Rawi Warin stood out among the 20 resorts we researched on Krabi/Ko Lanta due to its remarkable beauty and elegant ambiance, ultimately leading us to book our wedding there. Throughout the planning process, the resort's communication was frequent and efficient, ensuring all our queries were promptly addressed. Upon our arrival three days before the wedding, we were struck by the well-maintained gardens, picturesque pond, and exquisite buildings, all of which contributed to the resort's appeal. The resort staff was undoubtedly the highlight of our experience, displaying genuine warmth and hospitality. They consistently greeted us with smiles and ensured our needs were met throughout our, and our guests stay. Rawi Warin's wedding package included essential elements such as decor, flowers, stationery, a wedding officiant, wedding cake and a wedding coordinator, making the planning process more streamlined. While an outdoor wedding was not possible due to weather conditions, the resort efficiently transitioned to an indoor setting, which turned out to be equally enchanting. The attention to detail in the wedding arrangements and the quality of service provided by the staff exceeded our expectations. The resort's pool was also a standout feature, and the surrounding natural beauty added to the overall allure. In fact except Mr. Kwun. No one else smiled much. It's not as good as a vendor selling Thai snacks with a bright smile. As a hotel with a relatively high positioning. While you are happy with the money. Your service level, your sanitary environment, your geographical location, and your various supporting facilities should also keep up. Among them, the comprehensive quality of service personnel is very important. Empathy is also important. The lady in the hijab (smiling to the whites, indifferent to the Chinese), took us to the hotel room. There are two rooms available, let's just use one of them. Of course, there is really no need for our family of three. But not something you can bring to me. Because I defaulted to paying for the entire room. No matter how many rooms I think I have the right to use. (In the end we didn't use it because we didn't want to burden the cleaning staff, and indeed we didn't need it) because we were scheduled to go to Krabi Airport at 5 pm. So after hotel check out (2pm). The BOSS of the hotel arranged another villa for us to rest. Thank you so much. However, the lady at the front desk who wore a hijab led us to the living room without air conditioning. It's still hot in July. This makes me uncomfortable. I don't know if it was the headscarf lady's own idea or the decision of the hotel boss. Don't criticize me, you are picky and picky when you live in a free room. The day before, I directly mentioned how much it would cost to add money for a delayed check-out. Mr kwun said it was free. I just decided to rest at the hotel. . How could I know that the price was too high or there was no air-conditioning? It doesn't matter if I just book a cheap hotel for rest. The kindness of the original boss was taken to the living room by the turban lady to rest. I fell asleep and woke up from the heat. uncomfortable. Later, I applied to the boss again, and went to sleep in an air-conditioned room in the bedroom. The hotel boss also agreed. But I don't know why there is an extra twist. Unfortunately the stay was a little bit tainted by the lack of sleep- we had a room facing the road and were awoken by the hotel security alarm every night between 1-3am. It seemed a dog was setting off the alarm but it was just a bit disappointing that it wasn’t til our 5th night of being woken up that they turned off the alarm Room- overall the room was kept quite clean, and was fairly basic and maybe not as modern as other places. Shower was ok but the temperature was hard to stay constant and kept burning hot Location- on long beach the location was excellent, close to many other restaurants and bars and most people rent bikes to get around this island which I felt safe doing from the hotel Facilities- pool is excellent, beautiful infinity with a view of the beach. Lots of loungers which do get snapped up pretty fast but the hotel has a policy to try to avoid people reserving loungers. Massages also available on the beach next to the pool and hotel restaurant (though more expensive than other places nearby) serves good food and has a good happy hour on its cocktails which are great.

This is a lovely hotel and a great relaxed resort. The best of both worlds. Room: We came for a family holiday (kids age 12,11,7) had a 2 bedroom villa, which was a good set-up. Nice size pool between the two rooms. Beach villa 507/507. 2 mins walk to the beach. Youngest slept in our room as worried about passing the pool in the night, but we knew this beforehand. Probably the best room set-up and location we’ve ever had. Pleased with this. Lots of wildlife.. monkeys, monitors, frogs.. we loved this. Food: we had Thai buffet which was good. Great selection at breakfast. Aside from this, we ate at local restaurants- which were very good. Head out of the hotel and turn right. At the end of the beach there is a little village - lots of little restaurants. All very quiet due to lack of tourists following covid. Don’t be put put off by the quietness. Everything is fresh and delicious and you will be totally spoilt. I really hope tourism recovers a little here - the local people are desperately in need of it. ‘Same but different’ shack on beach (out of. Hotel and turn left) is small, but good food for lunch. Rice and noodle dishes, stir/fry, fries, very reasonably priced Lassis/soft drinks and beer. We ate here every lunchtime as it was close to our villa and couldn’t have asked for better. Beach: The beach is public, but Pimalai side is very quiet. Complimentary kayaks and paddle boards etc. we had a lovely family time. Excursions: hotel organised excursions are great and reasonably priced. We did morning mangrove tour - our tour guide (Gun) was superb. We also went on sunset cruise with snorkelling - also great! Downside: On check-in, we had no orientation and very little info about the hotel when we arrived. We were told everything was on the app. However, there was no internet in the room when we arrived (I think an external problem) so we couldn’t access it. We felt a little deserted. This was not a big deal - but we had no map or any real info about the hotel and surrounding area. It took 2 phonecalls to reception to explain we had no idea where I’m the resort we actually were, and no idea how to get to restaurants/no idea of food choices at hotel. They brought us a map. We arrived in the late afternoon after a long journey from London via Phuket. Nobody suggested where we go for food. Nobody asked if we wanted to make a reservation to eat. We headed out of the room to find food- with 3 very grumpy, tired and hungry kids. We found that there was a Thai buffet at the hotel - but only knew about this as it was on the route out of our room to the lobby. Nobody mentioned this when we checked in and we wouldn’t have known if we were staying anywhere else on the resort. Advice for people with kids— avoid top section of resort/hillside if you want to be near beach. It’s a bit more of a trek. Both pools are lovely and nicely shaded. Overall a lovely stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return.
