Elegí el hotel por los comentarios y proximidad a la estación de tren. Es un hotel sencillo, son muy poco profesionales y no saben dar soluciones. Tuve problema con la conexión wifi. Necesitaba adquirir un billete de tren para el día siguiente y reservar un hotel ya que estaba de ruta por Alemania. Fue imposible. Tuve que ir a la estación de tren y gestionarlo con el wifi de la estación. Cuando explique el problema, no supieron dar una explicación solo un “sorry”. Para mi era muy importante y ni siquiera revisaron el router. Al siguiente recibí un mail indicando que era problema de mi tfno, un iPhone 10 con el que me he conectado a todo wifi que había disponible. El mail era muy poco educado y en lugar de intentar mejorar para dar un servicio correcto a sus huéspedes, declinaron toda responsabilidad y derivándola en mi tfno. No volvería nunca. Además es muy caro para lo que ofrecen y esta lejos del centro histórico. Hay opciones mejores por ese precio,
