Fantastic experience. Fabulous food, friendly staff. Rooms and property was exceptional. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location which provides easy access to all attractions.

Firstly, the service and staff at this hotel were amazingly good, friendly and professional….truly great. The hotel itself is amazing, full of antiques, nice swimming pool, great breakfast and overall wonderful. Great location.

The property is a heritage property, boutique hotel, very pleasant and happy to help staff, and rooms are spacious and clean, the swimming pool is just perfect, its temperature controlled and really nice to take a dip. We had breakfast at the property, which was really delicious.

Property was under renovation. Out of the 3 rooms booked one was having a peculiar smell which didn’t help the overall experience.

The whole place is under renovation. A lot of dust. A very average breakfast. Cobwebs in the room. Bathtub was broken. No hot water. Ive been here before that time it was a great place

Absoulety pathetic service, my parents were surprised when they were told at the reception that there was no hot water available in their room. Let me remind you that this was one of their more premium rooms 'the heritage splendor. I was not able to reach the hotel on their telephone even once. In the morning no one was there to answer the calls at the reception and when my dad went in person to the reception there was absoulety no one to be seen.

Location of the tower house is undoubtedly one of the best in fort kochi. The rooms are huge and very comfortable. Only one thing that could be improved is the breakfast spread. It is vegetarian (with the exception of made to order eggs) and mostly local cuisine.
