Location of the hotel was good. Nearby big ones like itc sonar, itc royal bengal etc, well connected to the city. The quality of breakfast was just above average. Staff was polite. Eventhough it was called 'executive room, the space (even for a single person) was quite less. The hotel didn't serve tea/coffee before 8am, which was totally unexpected!

Amenities are good food services rooms are good but size is very small, even i booked for 2nd highest grade and highest price room still room is not having sufficient space for my luggage and no space for a single chair or setting.

Harrased by make my trip team & poiise team. Sending me again n again at hotel stating that booking has been confirmed & whenever i came in front of reception they denied. Definitely do twitter escalation about this experience.

The stay at poiisse hotel was a pleasant surprise. Its a small hotel but conveniently located. Absolutely spotless neat and tidy rooms, although a bit small in size. Courteous and helpful staff. A good restaurant with delicious food. Good location, about 30 minutes drive from airport. Lots of options to eat nearby. Complete value for money. I strongly recommend it especially for business travellers.

It was overall a good experience. But I didn’t like only one thing, I was not given a Breakfast Buffet because there were less than 5 people in the hotel, I like to eat heavy breakfast only 2 Aloo Parathas with a small bowl of Curd and some fruit and only 1 egg didn’t fill my stomach when I asked for Extra Bread or Tea they told me that it was chargeable I thought of eating a Buffet but I didn’t get one.

V clean rooms and bathrooms. Had booked 6 rooms. One executive room was very very small. No space to walk around. Breakfast time was managed by only one guy

Poiisse hotel is near to e. M bye pass, very easy access air port city area, hotel is new, clean and well maintained. Also near by tea/snacks shop, also bye pass dhaba, which very tasty food. We enjoyed the at this hotel, also very convenient to attend our iisfs-2023 expo. Poiisse hotel stay was including breakfast. Breakfast food items was very less choices and bad not good as we expected. Also restaurant staff also not experienced and attitude is rude and not in professional way. They should change that, otherwise customers may find other good hotels.
