We really enjoyed our stay in here! Amazing hospitality and homely food were available. Very helpful and caring. Great ambience, lovely place to stay with your friends and family. Everyone loved it. Highly recommend.

Very good location, only 5 mins away from the main cliff. Clean rooms, and bathroom was decently maintained. There are not a lot of amenities considering that it's a homestay, so bring those items with you. But basic soap and shampoo was available. A kettle was there ***** with tea bags, etc. Breakfast was fine, for the price we paid. The caretaker jishu was available throughout our stay for any help. Extra bed was not available, but an extra mattress was given upon request. Don't expect an exquisite customer service because there are no trained hotel staff here. Only one caretaker is available for the full property. The main usp has to the proximity to the beach.

The welcome was not ageable. While they handed us the room, they invited us to have a drink in the hotel restaurant, we asked if smoking was allowed and they told us there was no problem. Another English guest sitting at the other end of the restaurant got up and complained about the bad taste of the tobacco. A blonde lady (not Indian) came and asked us to go outside, later we discovered that she was the owner but she never introduced herself, she welcomed us, she never even said good morning and she was never interested in how the stay was. The rooms are nice and clean mini villas but the mattress is so hard that you prefer to sleep on the floor. The restaurant food is good, the restaurant service when they are not on the cell phone are friendly. It is close to the cliff but the roads to get there are very narrow and full of mud. They don't have lighting so you have to use your cell phone flashlight. The general space of the villas is nice but it lacks maintenance. There are ***y cheaper accommodation options on the cliff that I think may be a better option.

Overall everything was nice. In particular, the hotel parks cars right on the approaches to the room. For the rooms with sea view, it is not worth paying over, as it is not a sea view. From Friday to Saturday and from Saturday to Sunday to be ready for a very loud music until 2 nights, in 15 metres of night club and it is not regulated anyway.

Right from the time I approached the resort to book our accommodation, they have been extremely helpful, quick and forthcoming which made it an easy choice for us to spend our vacation. Location: If you are looking for a seaview resort then your search ends here. Because this hidden gem sits right on the beach, we enjoyed the sea view from the balcony outside our rooms and even from within the room. Not only this, but we were also greeted with peaceful sounds of waves at all hours of the day and night. We saw the most beautiful sunsets of our lives all the three evenings we spent here. Room and Amenities: The room itself is spacious, clean and has every modern amenity required. Since the afternoons were hot, retreating to our air conditioned rooms was heavenly. Immediately upon check in, the resort provides free Wifi with really good connectivity anywhere within the resort. Also, if we needed anything more we could always ask the resort to provide it. There’s even a pool right in the centre of the resort if you’re tired of the sea water. It is quite evident that the management take great care to ensure every aspect of the resort is smoothly run , and that everything is well-maintained and functional. Service: The management and the staff are all equally and extremely helpful, friendly, ever-smiling and open. A special mention to Mr. Harish who arranged our accommodation, arrival and all our requirements, and to Mr. Patrick who ensured we had a perfect stay at the resort. Food: When it comes to food is where the resort truly lives up to its boutique nature. My mother has a severe allergy to chicken and egg, and so we are truly grateful toward the staff, the cooks and the chefs for not letting her feel left out, but ensuring she could join in eating sea food without any fear of mixing of ingredients. We all enjoyed a huge variety of special food ranging from sea food, Kerala special dishes, continental food and mouthwatering desserts, customised to our liking and requirements. While the resort does not provide a full buffet, they prepared whatever we asked them to, exactly the way we wanted. We are especially thankful for the help and service provided by our chef Mr. Ujjwal, who assisted us right from what to order, to the best place to be seated. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals right on the seashore and even glimpsed some dolphins one morning! Ayurveda: Lastly, I cannot end without mentioned the superbly managed Ayurveda centre, where we each had massages. It is very well-organised, with a proper consultation and curated massages according to our needs. It really upped the relaxation vibes of our vacation. One of the best hotels I have visited till now. We stayed for 3 nights in the hotel and it was a pleasant experience. Easy access to the beach, a nice and peaceful place. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing The rooms have good views of the beach as well. The room was well-equipped and the service was excellent The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of varieties and really liked it Also likes the swimming pool with a guard available all the time, throughout the open hours. Proximity to the beach was another plus point for this hotel, which for me is the main highlight.
