Convenient location in the city, cheap price, big room, spacious and clean. Only there is no elevator. Overall the best, our family is satisfied.

Unfortunately this hotel is UNSAFE AND DANGEROUS! The staff and management do not care for the SAFETY of their customers. There is ABSOLUTELY NO security guard. The entire staff is YOUNG YOUNG individuals with little or NO English!! SAFETY should be FIRST! Here it is not even LAST but NONEXISTENT!!! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

The hotel is fine. Unfortunately last night there were two or more individuals either ***** or “high” on the third floor knocking at my door at 5 am in the morning! Someone was trying to open my door! I literally had to hold my door close. Better security is IMMEDIATELY required.

There is no elevator in the hotel, only stairs. The front desk service is okay. I didn't bring enough ringgits at the time and didn't pay a deposit. The hotel is relatively cheap, but there are a lot of people staying there. The rooms are not well soundproofed and very noisy. . . The bathroom in the room is very dirty, the bottom is visibly dirty, the water is not hot, and the facilities and equipment seem to be rotten but not rotten. . .
