When someone playing in the water, they will hear the sound. But we are still ok Because the sound is not so loud that we can't sleep But when staying for the second night There are new customers who stay in the room above. That day, we went diving and when we came back in, quite shocked. because the noise is very loud. Running and playing in the room, smashing our feet. At first, we thought it would be late. He may not sleep at all. But when the time passed until 4-5 p.m. There were children running and climbing the balcony. smashing the door in front of the balcony loudly in the hotel. Quiet for a while Until we were going to sleep, there was a running and playing in the room Almost all night But I think I can still bear it because it is still lighter than the sound of smashing the balcony door Until in the morning, I was shocked to wake up because a child climbed in front of the room. Ok...overall, everything is ok, only that room doesn't have a lift..as I mentioned that the room is on the ground floor and the room next to it and if there is a lift, because my mother's knees are too strong to go up the stairs...my mother had to talk to go down up...

Located close to the beach. About 500m from the main beach attractions in Ao Nang. Neat. And clean rooms. Very friendly staff. The hotel has a great pool and good restaurant. The spa was unfortunately closed when we visited. The pool side bar and the lobby bar are good with live music every evening

Thanks to Phu Pano for the great stay (6 nights): really enjoyed the pool and the room was very nice also ! The staff was really super kind, even for Thailand ! Good location, not far from the beach but still quiet and calm. Amazing view from the pool king view room ! Definitely would recommend staying here !

When you arrive you gotta take note that you need to go up the side of the drive to the back building that had the lobby (known as cliffhanger). Got upgraded to a larger room and had a great view. Breakfast can be skipped. Staff super friendly and helpful. Good location on the Main Street.

We (2 adults 3 kids) stayed 4 nights in a family room - comes with a queen bed and bunk bed. The price is affordable. For us muslims, the location is very convenient as the hotel is in front of the mosque, nearby a lot of halal food options, good for my picky eater kids as there are everything for everyone. Check in takes a bit of time. Check out was a breeze. Kids love the pool. Definitely will consider this hotel if we ever come to Krabi again. Thanks ibis ao nang !

Good central location. Room was basic and spacious, bed was comfortable. Breakfast selection was limited but food quality was excellent, and the staff serving breakfast were wonderful. We stayed in the second block and the Wi-Fi signal was weak at times. It was strong in the first block.

Halal foods for breakfast. Great location and kids friendly (w slide pool) for a good price. Highly recommended. Rent a bike if you like to go ao nang landmark rather than take a tuk tuk cause price return the same as bike rental.

From my experience for 4 days 3 nights here, all good as described like in the description. But, i thought is provided laundry service but is not. So, those please note that this hotel have not laundry services.

I had a good experience at the Hotel. The staff is really nice. The construction is a bit outdated and you can see that the way is the resort was thought of didn't play out in reality (or perhaps after covid). They have all of the luxuries to be an up-star resort, that would probably be more expensive. But the current price doesn't allow for such a resort to flourish and doesn't attract those kind of people that want to make use/pay for the facilities. Therefore, renovation of these facilities is needed but not done. What is done, is done in a more economical manner. For example, the water filter at the second pool is a big machine that stands at the edge of the pool and makes a lot of noise. Also, breakfast is okay but doesn't fit the status that the resort pretents to have. I was at a $15,- hotel in Narathiwat last week that more availability of Thai food. Furthermore, I just had to call 3x times and walk to reception myself the fourth time to discover that my water cooker was working, while I though it wasn't. Also this equipment was old, so you had to flip it in a certain way to make it work. If somebody would have told me the first time, I wouldn't have had to spend so much time calling and going to the reception for it. Concluding: it looks nice but not as beautiful as on the pictures... service is okay, breakfast decent and the staff are nice. Overall, the resort fits the amount per night ($50). But it doesn't need to pretend to be more than it is.
