At least I got my king bed finally after paying for a king bed room and received only a twin bed room with mouldy ceiling. My low rating is for Front Office where it’s terrible. No smile, staff seems unhappy working there. None of the Front Office staff greeted me with my correct family name in my two days stay, at all. Essence staff on the other hand, were always smiling, greeting me and with my family, correct. Food was also really good and delicious with lots of variety. At least, even the GM greeted guests at the lobby with a smile when I walked pass him even when he was with a group of his guest. Front Office staff have a lot to learn. Even some staff coming out from Front Office wearing black suits didn’t even greet any guests when walking out. Learn from the GM.
