我連住了8晚，發現該店居然人狗共住，大型犬在電梯與人共擠。你入住的房間可能是狗剛住過的房間。歺廳消毒櫃的盤子有嚴重污漬，服務員説：你能洗掉我吃了這盤子，我洗乾淨了，她沒吃了這盤子。前台服務員捧着大碗一邊吃米線一邊接待客人，紅色辣醬糊在嘴邊好可怕。早餐卷愛怎麼給就怎麼給，我説：為什麼不照規定辦，服務員説我這裏不是國務院！讓人無語。房間不打掃，早上到晚上9:00不給打掃，可怕！洗澡間既無地墊也無地巾，破門簾擋不了水，一冼澡滿地水，滑到現象隨時發生，心驚膽戰! 一個房間不管住幾人，一張房卡，極不方便。排氣管道可能不暢，房間廁所充滿臭氣，很可怕。服務員扎堆説笑，個個玲牙利齒，懟得顧客一楞又一楞。一想到前台服務員那神情，恐怕嚇退不少客人的。
