This time the room type is a superior bed room. There is a small sofa chair in the room. I am very satisfied. The stay is very good and much better than the previous experience. It really needs to spend a little more money to have a different kind of enjoyment, but the lighting may need to be brighter. It may be better.

The room is very satisfactory. It is right to choose the Crowne Plaza parent-child room when traveling with children in summer. The oversized bathtub 🛁, tent 🏕️, chalk writing board, and children's toiletries set are all very satisfactory. The service maintains the five-star level. The front desk guide is very patient. The customer service center provides bath towel delivery service in the evening, which is also fast and polite. I saw the brand name Zhu Zhengyuan. Thanks to the waiter. Parents with children on the way will be very grateful when they meet patient and professional waiters. The breakfast is very satisfactory, with rich categories. The hotel has complete infrastructure, the rooms are larger than other hotels, clean and tidy, and the stay is very comfortable. There is an outlet just a few minutes away. The front desk staff have very good service attitude and are proactive and enthusiastic. The breakfast is good, with many varieties. I personally think the price/performance ratio is quite high. It's neither too soft nor too hard. There are complete toiletries in the room. The hotel has a laundry room and a gym. After dinner, I walked on the treadmill for half an hour. I felt much more comfortable. The service is very good. There are free fruits and midnight snacks. Next time Still coming to check in.

This beautiful Hotel is very central in Kunshan. We enjoyed very much the beautiful view from our room over the whole city. The staff is very friendly and we had the chance to store our bikes after a long bike ride through amazing Kundshan area.

Location
It is outside the scenic area (read paid entry). However it is just 100m from one of the entrances making it easy to enter. Use baidu maps to locate it as it is not correctly pinpointed elsewhere. They do offer a pickup service I think if you call to inform them. Not sure from where though.
Rooms
3 storey building with different themed rooms. Beautiful design throughout and modern - such juxtaposition against the surroundings. The main difference with the Mulan lodgings in the scenic area is that there is underfloor heating which makes it a lot more comfortable in winter. The family room I booked had a very nice Kohler bathtub which we took advantage of
Food
There is no breakfast options by the hotel but there are many food options around and just outside the hotel. Mulan runs a beautifully designed restaurant inside the scenic area which again stands out from the other more traditionally designed restaurants. Prices are a little more but the ambience and service are excellent.
Service
The reception staff was oddly not fond of making eye contact or any sort of small talk. He does answer directed questions but is nothing close to friendly or warm. He also did not offer any information on checking us in and we had to ask for information re wifi access and entry to scenic area etc the cleaning ladies are very pleasant though.
Conclusions
Overall, it is a beautiful place to stay in with good location and rooms. There are not much by the way of amenities or service but I would stay here again should I come by Zhouzhuang.

GGuest UserWhen I came to Zhouzhuang, I really made the right choice for accommodation. It was very good. The boss lady was very warm and picked us up at the entrance of the scenic spot. The house was clean and hygienic. It was very complete. The most important thing was that the location was also very good. It was in the scenic area and it was very convenient to go anywhere! And it was very quiet! The scenery was also very good. You could see the beautiful scenery without leaving the house. There was also a very beautiful kitten 🐱. My parents were also very satisfied! The boss lady's restaurant tasted very good too. I must recommend it once. I think the wansan hoof tasted better than the small shop outside 😋. In short, it was a perfect recommendation. Friends, come here!

Everything in the room is so exquisite, from furniture to decoration, it gives people a strong sense of simplicity. In addition, the service of the B&B is also very thoughtful, and the staff are very warm and friendly, making people feel at home. Staying here for a night is really unforgettable. I highly recommend this B&B, and I believe that everyone who comes here will leave with good memories.

GGuest UserOne of our favorite places. Really a great stay. The lady who runs the place is super nice. Room had cool exotic decorations and furniture. The balcony was nice although not much to see but done roof tops.
Location is great. You have to pay 100 rmb to enter the city before you walk a few blocks to hotel. Right next to double bridge which is famous because of an old painting but otherwise no big desk. Indeed there were other double bridges and more picturesque bridges.
Only drawback was no breakfast at all. So you need to wander around and find a restaurant. We madd the mistake of ordering coffee from a coffee shop. Despite 35rmb - more expensive than in US it was just an automatic machine - not barista made, and couldn’t even taste much coffee. This has nothing to do with the hotel but it was a ripoff.
Another good thing about the hotel was they have another business of historical clothes rental with makeup and photography. It turned out great.

In the scenic area, I contacted the merchant in advance and said that it had been re-installed and modified, so I chose this hotel. I am very satisfied with this stay. The boss has all been remodeled, the hall is full of flowers, the room is full of sweet light music, very relaxed, quiet at night, very satisfied! Recommended!

Yesterday afternoon, I went to Kunshan and set Vienna first. As a result, the Vienna personally felt that it was selling dog meat. From the appearance of the hotel to the interior, it was a mess, and I changed places decisively. Because I have to invite people to eat at night, I just look at the score and don’t pay attention to the price. When I arrive at the place, I still have a little mutter. Will it be a high score obtained by brushing the score? As a result, I entered the room. Except for the space is slightly smaller than Atour, everything else is in place, and even more pleasantly surprised is that this price has breakfast. And the breakfast is very good, outside the freshly cooked noodles, hot stir-fried vegetables, pickles, egg milk, etc., the breakfast is slightly worse than the Biyaduo, but the price is not at all Ado can be benchmarked, and the restaurant tableware is also very clean, far beyond the standard of this price.

DDeshSriMy recent stay at the Windsor Park Hotel Kunshan was exceptional. From the warm welcome to the impeccable facilities, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel at home during my short visit. The hotel's facilities were perfect, with spacious and well-appointed rooms. The dining experience was a highlight, with delicious food served in a five-star setting. The only minor suggestion would be to clean the windows from the outside, as they appeared a bit dirty. However, this did not detract from the overall excellent experience. I highly recommend the Windsor Park Hotel Kunshan for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

AAnonymous UserRoom has an ageing look with dusts, bathroom is a bit mouldy. We came during winter and the room was like a chiller and took some time to warm up. The owner arranged his staff to pick us up on foot from a meeting point outside the ancient town as cars aren’t able to enter. However, his staff didn’t lead us back to the same pick up point even if had requested for help. We lost our way and thankfully my car driver was able to locate us. We booked a room for 4 but amenities were arranged for 2 only. We have to request for extra from bathroom items to pillows. Will consider other modern guests houses at the edge of the water village for the same price.

GGuest UserLocation was perfect and also my initial consideration, right at the center of city. No much to expect except for those standard items example - service, cleanliness or comfortability therefore to my surprise, the rooms were cosy and clean (guessed it’s because they were newly renovated or not long ago) but, but except for some minor hiccups example - air conditioning controls (remote and wall mounted) + room WiFi needs pre-logging on before connectable (used my phone hotspot to fix problem)! Everything was fine until the next day slightly before checking out, they cut off my room electricity abruptly half an hour before checkout time! Imagine if you’re still using the bathroom! This needs serious attention as I have never encounter such scenarios before, in my entire life experience of travelings and staying in hotels. Never. Of course my booking came with the “late checkout privilege” so why the rush? Oh and they did offer an upgrade of room (when checking in) but, but with additional charges! Wondering if these misunderstandings were “intentional” or caused by miscommunication between the hotel management and platform, a sales technique? Please clarify: rewards enjoyable/ available after booking, if possible thank you
