Es un hotel PÉSIMO servicio. Vamos a empezar porque en la app de hoteles.com nos vendieron un cuarto que decía "comming soon" (pensando que sería igual a todo lo que tienen) y para nuestra sorpresa, no tenía NADA que ver con el hotel original. Son unas cabañas que hicieron bastante chafas. El personal no tiene idea de nada, uno te toma la orden, el otro trae la comida, otro la bebida , otro el ticket. Tienen un desastre . Jamás y eso que viajo muchísimo , jamás en ningún hotel había visto tanto desorden en un personal, te hacían firmar mil tickets que porque la cocina es independiente, la propina en otro ticket, etc. Les pedías algo de tomar, no te lo traen. Tenía una gotera de AC en mi cara, todas las noches me despertaba porque ne caía agua en la cara. Nos despertó una persona de ahí pisando latas a las 6:00 am otro día otra persona haciendo ruido con las piedras. De verdad es un MUY mal hotel. Incluso puede quebrar. No lo recomiendo a NADIE , jamás iría a otro hotel de ellos.

hotel elegante caro per gli standard messicani personale gentilissimo buon ristorante buona colazione continentale inclusa nel prezzo stupenda vista della baia estremamente tranquillo ottima posizione per il malecon o per andare alle stupende spiagge a pochi chilometri da la paz

Beautiful beautiful! I’ve been to La Paz many times, but I decided to stay away from the Malecón due to heavy noise. I loved the stay here. I found it very conveniently close the beaches like tecolote or Balandra(17-min drive) and close to the Malecón (7-10min drive) Orchid house offers a nice pool overseeing the beautiful ocean and Amazing sunsets! They offer good food and drinks by the pool bar. You have access to a very nice beach named El Caimancito. Staff is nice and friendly and always available to your needs. I slept very well A/C working,good showers, and comfy bed. If you rent a car then you are close to a lot of hot spots. I will definitely come back here again. Thank you 😊

We splurged and booked the presidential suite, it was absolutely gorgeous with incredible panoramic views, it was clean and comfortable.
However, apart from that, it’s hard to imagine the staff managing to make our experience worse.
The service was slow and we were continuously made to feel like we were an inconvenience to them.
I could go into detail on every interaction but there were too many to get into, our friend who was also staying had an identical experience.
It was hard to understand, because the place was spectacular but everything just made us feel unwelcome.
