This hotel is what I would call a hidden gem! The view from our room was SOMY AMAZING, the room was large, light and airy and very clean. We had an adjoining groom which our three children slept in and there was plenty of space. I’ve stayed in a lot of higher star rated hotels but this has to be one of the BEST ones I have stayed in- the port view rooms are without doubt the best part! Watching to world go by was amazing. We will be back! Thank you to the very friendly and helpful staff and if you are looking for a clean, safe, well located space to stay in La Rochelle I highly recommend you book this hotel! The only consideration is to access the reception and rooms it’s stairs only. Our 4 year old was fine and luggage not to much of an issue.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, in the middle of many shops and restaurants. International brand shopping is within walking distance. The views from the window are outstanding. The bed is comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful in recommending places to eat and other sites. My only complaint is that I found several hairs in the shower upon inspecting the room. This issue should be addressed with housekeeping.

Breakfast is not required, next to the supermarket, train station and bus station, very convenient. The room is clean and practical, not exaggerated and worthy of family travel. The service is very good.

Great location close to all cafés, restaurants and marina. Clean stylish room, comfy bed, good self service breakfast - though at busy times finding a table can be a problem. If you like your window open during the night expect some noise from the surrounding streets. Five minute walk to underground carpark with special hotel rate. Recommended.

Excellent! The service is sensationally good. The rooms are clean, large enough with small kitchen and refrigerator. The pool is very well maintained and there is a pool bar. The hottest day of Europe, this hotel was our rescue. We had a problem with the car the staff was super nice and helped bring our car to the deep garage. The bar is well equipped and you get professional information for drink. We used the wellness area with sauna, steam sauna and massage. There were overall only positive experiences. The staff is everybody in individual multilingual. Great! We're happy to come back.

Par une météo maussade durant ces 12 jours, la situation géographique proche de tout a été particulièrement appréciée et idéale : l’établissement est proche de la gare, des commerces, du vieux port et de ses différents bassins, de l'aquarium et des principaux restaurants. Accueil chaleureux : dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli avec le sourire par Camille et Laura, les nouvelles collaboratrices de réception qui, pour la saison vienent renforcer l'équipe très professionnelle déjà en place. Hébergement confortable : Le studio est fonctionnel, propre. La petite kitchenette est bien équipée avec des plaques de cuisson, un four micro-ondes, lave vaisselle, machine à a café et un réfrigérateur, ce qui permet de préparer des repas simples. Phase de rénovation : la résidence a débuté cet hiver une première phase de rénovation qui n'affecte pas les séjours, car celle-ci a été suspendue pendant la période estivale. Cela montre leur engagement à maintenir un niveau élevé de qualité et de confort pour leurs clients. En résumé, vous n'aurez pas, disposées sur le lit, les serviettes de bain en mode pliage en forme de cigne, ni la corbeille de fruits frais en guise de cadeau de bienvenue, mais si vous cherchez un endroit paisible, calme, proche de toute commodité et avec un service exceptionnel, je vous recommande vivement la résidence Pierre et Vacances la Rochelle centre. Personnellement, j'ai déjà hâte d’y retourner lors de mon prochain passage à la Rochelle.
