The hotel room is very close to the sea and the downtown. There are many small supermarkets and restaurants next to it. The hotel is well-equipped, with a swimming pool and gym. But the room does not have the common supplies such as coffee and toothbrushes, which are provided in the hotels in China.

The hotel is located on a very quiet street in the city center. Simple but very practical. Breakfast is served in your room (covid reason) Good bedding and wifi works well. A small balcony decorates the whole. Good address to visit Lagos. But be careful not to stop. There are only 2 luggage storage offices at the beginning of the street (30m from the hotel) There are a few vacant places on the street...but the space is full, full Parking on the boulevard along the canal 600m from the hotel costs 12 Euros/day.

The hotel's commitment to creating a peaceful environment extended to its accommodations as well. Our room was a true sanctuary, providing a blissful retreat where we could relax and unwind. The tastefully appointed interiors, plush bedding, and thoughtful amenities contributed to a restful atmosphere that allowed us to get a restorative night's sleep. We woke up each morning feeling refreshed and ready to embrace the day ahead. What truly set this hotel apart was its dedication to catering to families. From engaging activities for children to family-friendly dining options, every aspect of our stay was tailored to our needs. The hotel even offered serene spaces for parents to relax while keeping an eye on their little ones, striking the perfect balance between tranquility and family-friendly amenities. Furthermore, the attentive and friendly staff added to the overall sense of relaxation. They were always on hand to offer assistance or provide recommendations, and their warm and genuine hospitality made us feel like valued guests. Beyond the hotel itself, the surrounding area offered plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities and exploration. We took advantage of the hotel's proximity to nature, embarking on leisurely walks and hikes that allowed us to connect with the peaceful surroundings. It was the ideal way to escape the hustle and bustle of the work world and reconnect with nature.

We were warmly greeted and offered different tables. The service was excellent with Felipe Cunha and Maria Siha taking great care of us throughout our evening. Felipe had a great sense of humour and was very attentive with the drinks and checking that we were enjoying our meal. Maria with her beautiful friendly smile looked after us after our main course and made sure we had everything we needed and always served us with a wonderful smile. Felipe also entertained us with tricks and made the evening a unique and memorable experience. We had a superb evening and meal in Carosello and would highly recommend it. A highly recommended hotel! If you drive from Seville to Lisbon, you can stay here for one night! The town is beautiful. This hotel is perfect except for the room! The Michelin restaurant downstairs tastes good too! Especially breakfast, the breakfast is rich and exquisite! The breakfast has fried steak and lamb chops, and the taste is very good! (The picture is just breakfast)

This hotel is an amazing retreat! Surprisingly you can't hear the noise from the racing track just nearby. The staff is very nice and attentive. The location is great if you want to be in a quiet part of the Algarve (30 minutes from Portimão). The breakfast is great. It has variety and the products are fresh and high quality. The hotel has an amazing outdoor swimming pool, unfortunately the it was too windy and we were not able to enjoy it. The Jacuzzi and the indoor swimming pool are great too! The room is as in the pictures, it is big and the decoration is modern. Overall, we recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy a quiet retreat in the Algarve!
