We traveled here with friends and family for a little break before school started, and the only thing I was disappointed in was myself for only booking one night. When we made the reservation, we were told that we could arrive at any time on the day of check-in, grab our water park passes, and start swimming. We could also continue swimming after check-out. It was great to know we weren’t limited to just the time between check-in and check-out. Before arriving, we received an email instructing us to download the resort app, and we also got a text from the resort offering assistance via text if needed. The resort app was fantastic! It allowed us to order food, check operating hours, and view a daily activity schedule for all the free activities available for kids. Upon arrival, we parked in front and I went inside to get our stuff. There was a bit of a line, but they had several people checking guests in, so it went pretty quickly. Additionally, there was an art corner where kids could sit and color, and a movie was playing on a big projection screen. While waiting in line, staff members fielded questions, gave advice, and ensured a smooth process. Once it was my turn, we checked in and were informed that we would receive a text with our room number when it was ready. I was given wristbands that served as our room keys and had our payment method linked to them, as this is a cashless resort. This was convenient because I didn’t have to worry about carrying cash, cards, or room keys at the water park later. Also, kids received wolf ears, which I thought was a fun touch. The staff directed us to the parking area and we were on our way. We parked the car, packed a swim bag, and headed in. There were several bathrooms and locker rooms both inside and outside the water park area, and the bathrooms had those spinning suit dryers. Inside the water park, lockers were available for rent if needed. We found some chairs with our friends and kept our things there. With four different water park areas and various slides, there was plenty to do. The outdoor pool area had staff running games for the kids, and they handed out stickers and suckers as prizes. There were places to get drinks and food, as well as areas with tables and cabanas you could reserve. When we received the text that our room was ready, we were able to go straight to our room with our wristbands. Notably, there were plenty of lifeguards on duty, and they were all very attentive. The waterpark area also had lifejackets for anyone that needed it. Each of the kids had their height measured upon entry and were given bracelets to let them know which activities they were tall enough for. Upon entering our room, we noticed it was very clean, with plenty of towels in the bathroom and a functioning fridge. We also had a room with a balcony, which was convenient for drying our swimsuits later. The bed was incredibly comfortable—soft and plushy, and I slept great! Be sure to ask the staff about all
