Hotels near Römerberg in Frankfurt

Unsafe neighborhood!!!!!!!! Someone was smoking ****!!!!!!!! Last night, before checking in, I was almost attacked by a group of black men!!!! The front desk staff was very nice and patient. The hotel bed was comfortable. Although it's close to Frankfurt Central Station, it's too unsafe!!!! If you're looking for excitement, you can stay here.

A perfect hotel for a short stay. The location is in the center of the old town and close to tourist sights, restaurants, supermarket, bars etc. The room (inc bathroom) was immaculately clean and the fridge and (small) in-room safe was much appreciated, as was the range of international TV channels. Given everything was so good, it was a surprise that despite a kettle being in the room along with ONE sachet of sugar and ONE UHT milk, but NO coffee or tea or teaspoon. (pic attached) Overall, excellent value for money. Will definitely stay again, but will remember to bring my own tea bags!

Excellent find for one night. As close to the main railway station this hotel is convenient, surrounded by food outlets and restaurants for every taste. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was ok for just couple days staying but it’s not so comfortable to stay here bc there is not as clean as it should be, the room is outdated, hairdryer and sink are old and with stinks. In the bathroom the shower area is not isolated you can see at the phot and water is gonna be at a floor. Also the elevator stops between floors and you need to put ur back couple steps, it’s not a pleasure when it’s heavy. I recommend it just for sleeping and that’s all

It takes you less than 10 minutes walking from Frankfurt Central train station. Staff friendly and efficient - there was some little problem of the toilet flush. When we informed the reception staff, he arranged to change to another room for us. And lots of restaurants and other shops nearby.

The location is excellent. The lobby looks a bit like a fast or hotel, probably because the city center is very expensive. The room is small and a bit crowded if there are a lot of luggage or a lot of people. The elevator is the old-fashioned one that you have to push the door. There is a kettle, bottled water, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel two-in-one, a wardrobe, and a dressing mirror behind the door.

Moxy Frankfurt City Center is a great choice for anyone who wants to stay right in the heart of Frankfurt. The location is unbeatable — just a few minutes’ walk from Zeil shopping street and lots of local cafés. In additional, you can walk to most of Frankfurt’s highlights. The front desk staff were outstanding — warm, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in was smooth

The location is fine, next to the train station, there’s a supermarket just next to the hotel. The front desk guy was very helpful, nice and polite. I have already changed the hotel just earlier and I didn’t want to have another kind of conversation about changing room, I was more that 48 hours on the way. The room didn’t have any extra things except for soap and washing gel. I would give this hotel 0 for cleaning, because when I was already in the shower I found black hair and a used razor with lots of hair as well in it. And it was too late to change rooms or complain. The linen maybe wasn’t changed quite a bit, or just wasn’t washed well.

Booked two rooms through Trip.com My friend couldn't come to Germany as he didn't get the visa entry. Called the hotel and requested to cancel one room, but was told that they couldn't do anything as it was booked through Trip.com and it was at their discretion. I contacted Trip.com and the CSR told me that it was upto the hotel's approval. CRS sent the request to the hotel and it was rejected. Then they sent another request to change the booking to one room and was also rejected by the hotel. I am disappointed as the hotel didn't care and I ended up losing $650 for one room. The hotel location has no front desk. It is self-checking They will email you the access code to enter the building and also your room. There are 5 floors and one elevator. The hotel is conveniently located, 150m from the subway station. There is a Shawarma restaurant adjacent to the building, Mc Donald's, pharmacy in front and many cafes and restaurants nearby. The room is simple and needs upgrades it has internet and a 40”-50” TV. Heat towel rack was good to have in the bathroom. There is a small fridge but no microwave nor coffee maker. The shower is extremely small. When showering, my elbow kept hitting the shower handle. There is no iron. There was daily housekeeping. However, the shower gel was not checked and refilled. I stayed one week and by day 6, there was no more shower gel. It is ideal for solo, business, or couple travel if you don't expect much. Location was the 5* for this hotel. Yeah, I would recommend this hotel when you come to Frankfurt. But be aware of their cancelation policy.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel. Location was excellent and staff helpful efficient and friendly 😊 Room was a little on the small side, and no access allowed to rooftop bar on our last night due to a wedding which was disappointing but maybe just one of those things 😞
