There was a friendly helpful staff. The facilities were very good, but I feel there needs to be more charging outlets [usb ports].
Breakfast was well balanced, I appreciate that.

Did not stay at the hotel. Learned at check in that they do not serve Albuquerque residents. I was upset to find out this information after I had made the reservation and driven to the hotel. The clerk was kind enough to cancel the reservation that was made through a third party app.

The stay was great, the hotel was clean and up to date to how Tru hotels are. Check in was a little long because we had to hunt down someone to check in at 830pm. Breakfast was a little sub par as well, comparing it to all the other Tru hotels we have stayed. Overall I would stay again.

Receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was spacious and clean. The showerhead needs to be replaced. The water pressure is not that good and there was no fan that worked in the bathroom.
No free breakfast. However, they do have a wait surface kitchen. Paid six dollars for one egg and another six dollars for one piece of bacon.

The problem I encountered was that due to the itinerary, I divided the two order dates differently, but it was three consecutive days. I sent e-amll 2 times to the hotel to inform the hotel that the hotel needed to arrange the same room number for 3 days, but did not reply to me. I checked in smoothly on the first night. It is also determined that the counter staff is staying for 3 nights. After entering the room, I also found that the double bed was small. It was different from the photo. When I was ready to comb, I found that the bathtub was not well drained, like blocked water. Finally, I used a chopstick to take out the toilet paper in the drainage hole and some hair. I think the hotel cleaning staff did not find this problem. The next day we went out, the housekeeping staff mistakenly thought that we only stayed for one day. We were scared when we entered the room at night. Our luggage was gone. My husband went to the counter to ask clearly. Fortunately, there was no missing. I feel that the hotel has not confirmed it clearly again. Because the relationship between the hot air balloon festival in New Mexico, the price has risen by $210-230 and the real room is not worth it at all. There is no shuttle bus to the hot air balloon festival. Some hotels have shuttle buses, and I booked it in early July. Anyway, I sent e-amll without a response, I can only call to ask, not suitable for people who don't speak English to order

Very Good
GGuest UserI really appreciated the staff , real problem solvers and genuinely nice people. One even helped me find a less expensive place to stay to fit my budget. Complimentary coffee ( varied options) , water dispenser in lobby, and a fantastic very large tv in the bedroom were some draw cards. I could use my Netflix membership easily . I didn’t get the included breakfast as I booked through a third party so explore booking direct . The breakfast sounded good:) . It certainly offers a far nicer ambience than the less expensive place I relocated to . Their Nice carefully picked staff make a big difference. They should all be complimented ! :)
JJavier A. RoqueThe customer service was initially great upon check in. Since I have been driving cross country I didn’t really have time to check the details about the parking. When arrived I was told parking was booked and I told I could Park in the side street between the convenient store and the hotel. My car got broken into that night or early morning. Now the staff was good at that moment letting me use the room a little longer to figure out what to do and make sure the police report was good a ect. They had a camera on that street facing my car. This is were the customer service falls. Its been over a week of me ask and calling to request the video footage of the incident and I keep getting pushed to the side. Apparently no one know the situation with me getting the footage but the manager and the so called security team thats in charge with the videos footage. I have sent an email requesting it and have not received nothing. No call back in regards to the video footage. This is highly unprofessional when a customer had their vehicle broken into when staying on their property. I should have gotten the footage at least a day or two after the incident but a full week is crazy and i have to wait for a manager to be on site on Tuesday to get my situation resolved! Unprofessional and unacceptable.

After an extremely long family day at the Grand Canyon, we arrived at the hotel very late and completely exhausted. From the moment we walked in, the experience turned around thanks to the amazing staff.
I especially want to recognize Mona, who was absolutely incredible. She immediately made my family feel welcome and taken care of, even though it was late and we were clearly worn out from the day. Mona was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful, making sure we had everything we needed to get settled quickly and comfortably.
The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after such a long day of travel and exploring. But it was Mona’s level of service that really stood out. People like her make a huge difference and are the reason we would absolutely stay here again.
Thank you again, Mona, for taking such great care of my family—it meant a lot after such a long day!
GGuest UserWe booked a KING room, paid for it and received confirmation. Only after checking in and going to our room did we find out it was 2 double beds. When my husband went to switch rooms, one person at the desk said the kings were all booked and the other person at the desk said there was a remodel and there were not any King beds. I don't know which is true. Clearly they were not interested in helping us at all and since we had already unloaded all of our luggage we stayed there anyway. BEWARE that what you book may not be what you get and at the facility and that was not explained anywhere.
DDongzeqinzhengIt turned out that I booked the room and paid for it on Ctrip. When I checked in, the hotel charged me the room fee again by swiping my credit card.
I asked Ctrip to verify it, and Ctrip helped me contact the hotel to refund the money.
The next day I explained the situation to the hotel. The hotel said it would refund the money.
After two days, the hotel still did not refund the money, so I told Ctrip, and Ctrip refunded me immediately.
The hotel's service is not as good as Ctrip!
GGuest UserOverall this hotel is good if you just need a bed and a warm shower. The staff were friendly and very helpful! This is a no frills stay but gives you the necessities and a safe spot within the city. The hotel is gated to keep unwanted visitors out and our rental car was safe in the lot. The beds aren’t the nicest, very stiff, and the pillows were very flat- but for the price per night it was fine. We didn’t spend any time in the room except to shower and sleep- which this hotel was perfect for lol. Our room had a smoke smell to it, but we were fine dealing with it. Notified the front deals and they made sure to make a note of it so we weren’t charged smoking fee. Pros: cheap, nice helpful staff, hot shower, good water pressure, gated lot, decently safer area than further into Albuquerque.. Cons: hard bed, flat pillows, thin towels, landlord special upkeep lol.
AAecoThe staff at the counter had a good attitude. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom when I checked in. The equipment was replaced after notification. The equipment was a bit old. There were vagrant activities near the hotel. I was worried about the house, but it was still safe.
SStephen CornwellHotel is okay,it's an older unit in a rough part of town.Trash outside and inside my room, hallway and rear entrance was not emptied daily.Car in rear parking lot was vandalized while I was there, not my car, there were many warning signs not to leave valuables in cars.I was there 2 1/2 days never received new towels for the ones I used, although bathroom and room was clean when I arrived. Had a bad problem with the room door opening from the outside, I am fairly strong ,but I had to hip-check the door every time to get into my ,it's so obvious that cleaning staff must have reported It was that hard to open,I am easy-going but it needs reported and repaired.
