The night we arrived the hotel did not have hot water. The reception didn’t remind us, and when we realized that during shower, we called to the reception and no one has answered the phone. The other day we told the staff about this when we check out, the staff said the whole building didn’t have hot water but not only us, with a very impolite attitude without an apology, implying it wasn’t really an issue to not have hot water for guests. For the room, it’s dirty, dim, feels very uncomfortable. The charge per night is more than 120 usd. I won’t come back again even if it is free.

We stayed here in an emergency situation after our flight was delayed for a day. They were able to accommodate 10 of us in four rooms easily. We arrived far earlier than check in but this did not phase them. Nothing was too much trouble, from the receptionist sorting us a complimentary drink each and finding a room for our suitcases, to the lifeguard getting us towels sorted for the pool and the bar staff getting us a football for our Grandson to play football with. Lunch was excellent value for money, high quality snacks and large portion sizes. Rooms were clean and well furnished. Lots of little extras included slippers, dressing gowns, biscuits, shaving kits and toothbrush sets as well as traditional toiletries. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. We could not fault anything about our visit.

The staff was lovely, the room was well furnished, and the placement of the lamps was super stylish. However, there was a dominating sour smell in the room and it did not leave even after opening the window for hours. Maybe it is the smell of a cleaning product, not sure, but it was very potent and bad when I entered the room. Also the shower head is way too big for the wall-mounted holder and the showerhead falls out from it. You can not stand under the shower but have to hold it all the time. Otherwise everything was great. I appreciated the blackour curtains and the nice breakfast options.

Stayed here just for 1 Night but we can gladly say that it’s worth the price! 📍Location: Perfect, right in front of the train & bust station 10’ away from Venice with the bus (ticket 3€ back/forth) 🛎️ Staff: Everyone from the reception up to the maid were all very friendly.. Good hotel - as you would expect from a Hilton Brand. Rooms are large and beds and bedding are comfortable. The hotel's corridors need a refurb or clean up. Negative point - the cleaning staff do not replace water / tea / coffee etc... Needed to call reception to get this. Location is an issue is you don't have a car. There is no public transport nearby, no shops or restaurants that you can walk to. Nearest shops / restaurants are 8 mins drive.

an excellent hotel with excellent service. We had 5 rooms reserved at the hotel. We left the hotel to go to Ravenna via the trains. We left our Apple air pods in of one the rooms. The gentleman from the front desk (morning shift - sorry I don’t remember his name) on his own walked over the train station, tracked us down and surprised us to give us the air pods. I travel a lot and have never seen such exceptional service. Literally, because of his level of exceptional service from when we checked in to now, we decided to change our hotels (when we return from the cruise) to stay again at The Carlton because of his above and beyond attitude. Thank you for your hospitality and outstanding experience from the point of when we first checked in.

Reception with great comfort. Personal available and professional. I booked a single room but with a 1-metre bed, extremely comfortable.
