Lanzhou Hotels with Bars

Amazing hospitable staff and owner! Live music performance daily. Great hostel environment! When taking the guestroom - single occupant you get a whole room for yourself (small, but your own). Not the normal hostel style and basically it is like a hotel room. Just a bit smaller and shared bathroom / showers. Truly a hidden gem (see the entrance photo). Not to forget, great location! Right next to the Yellow River Bridge! Ans next to Xiguan metro, just a few stops from West Railway on line 1, which is perfect if coming from the airport.

I stayed 5 nights at this hotel. It is located right across from the Lanzhou train station. The area is very busy with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. It is very easy to use the subway right next to the train station to go around the city. There's also a bus terminal right next to the subway station.

A hotel I like very much. I stayed for two days. The room card is very beautiful with the 24 solar terms. Angel Coco's reception was very warm. I smelled a good fragrance when I entered the lobby. The concierge also asked if I needed help. The front desk check-in was very professional and fast. The room facilities are complete, the environment is very good, the hygiene is clean, the layout is very reasonable, and the free tea bags are very considerate. Overall recommended.

The room size is OK, but the breakfast is closed too early. The hygiene is OK. The facilities are quite old. Free parking is available in front of the door. The service is average, especially the waiter, who knocked on the door twice and walked in directly, which scared me so much that I almost had a heart attack. Strict requirements and training should be implemented in the future. It is a five-star hotel, but it does not meet the five-star standard.

We booked a superior twin room with our baby. We were upgraded when we checked in. It was a bit unexpected. The hotel is in a good location at the east entrance of Dongfanghong Square in the city center. It is convenient to go anywhere, eat, and go to Guofang or MixC. The customer service staff Huang Xiuxia provided very good service. Seeing that we had a baby, she also gave us fruit snacks and small dolls. I will book this hotel again when I go to Lanzhou in the future

It was my first time to Lanzhou and I stayed at this hotel. Before I arrived, the front desk staff called me and asked if I had driven and whether I wanted to reserve a parking space. When I left, I bought mutton and put it in the refrigerator for us. She also prepared a bag for me when I left. The front desk lady was warm and thoughtful, and the service was super good. The small details showed her great character. Although it is in a busy night market, it is quiet and very convenient. I ate a lot of delicious food and experienced a different Lanzhou. I will stay at Ibis Hotel next time. In Lanzhou in November, the hotel has turned on the heating, which is very comfortable.

該酒店服務很糟糕。我們提前一天訂了酒店。晚上快十一點到達酒店的。該酒店在攜程上説免費停車，實際就門口幾個車位。我們快到前半個小時，酒店前台打電話問是否入住，我説還有半個小時到，在路上。酒店既沒有預留停車位也沒有電話中提示我們需要找停車位。到達後，前台説沒有停車位了，自己找收費停車位去，第二天拿着收費小票來找她報銷。首先，我是提前訂房，不是臨時來辦理入住，難道不應該提前預留或者告知，我進行選擇是否入住。和她講道理，她説停車問題是外面保安的工作，她衹負責登記入住。還有報銷是什麼鬼？我把車從停車場開出來，放馬路邊來找她報銷？簡直無語。停車問題不説了，辦理入住。我在攜程預訂 667 元房費。她讓我交 800 元。説剩餘的是按金，等我退房了，攜程退給我。我説攜程沒有扣我的錢怎麼可能退給我，我給她看我攜程訂單。她非説我在攜程付款過一筆錢。明明顯示我是信用免擔保。我説你確認一下，需要我給攜程客服去打電話嗎？她説行，你打吧？態度很不屑。攜程客服很給力，跟她溝通。她溝通完説多餘的 133 元她所謂的按金是酒店按金，我退房她退給我。真的沒見過睜着眼説瞎話的。一開始説酒店按金我犯得着找攜程客服去。133 元的酒店按金是怎麼計算的，我不知道。我衹知道第二天別人退房放了房卡走人，衹有我需要等着她們查了房再退錢。不被尊重不被信任，讓我的旅遊最後一站很是不爽。這樣的酒店管理不跟進，生意也就到頭了。攜程客服很給力，積極溝通，對方酒店夜間負責人回覆，等第二天她們的領導上班瞭解決。無語嗎？我們過路的旅客有這個閑時間嗎？這是四星酒店的幹法。我都不要求幫助停車拿行李了，起碼的尊重都沒有。在客服的溝通下，第二天酒店讓我在前台等着查了房後，退了按金。停車費讓我加她微信，把收費憑據發給她轉給我錢。西藏游出來十六天了。交按金的酒店僅此一家，還是四星酒店。真的很給四星酒店丟人。感謝攜程客服小哥，一直在安撫我的情緒，還為我申請了現金紅包。我會一如既往的支持攜程。

5 minutes drive from airport. Hotel provides pickup from train station and drop off at airport. So good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is nice and clean. Provides water cooler, microwave at hallway. A bit hard to find eateries but they are within 7 minute walk. The bed is a bit hard but probably because I’m not used to it. But overall great value for money.

I checked in around 9pm on 8.31, and the front desk receptionist was a lady with short hair. The next morning I went down to have breakfast. I clearly remember what the receptionist told me last night: ”The room is on the 17th floor and the breakfast is on the 15th floor.” We foolishly walked around on the 15th floor and there was no restaurant at all, so I wanted to take the elevator downstairs to ask, but found the restaurant's floor written on the elevator door (I think it was the 10th or 11th floor). When we arrived at the restaurant, our card could not be swiped and the restaurant said that our room did not include meals. I had no choice but to go downstairs to the front desk! Asked the front desk: The room we booked includes meals, why can’t the card be swiped? After verification, the front desk changed our cards without saying a word of apology! After all this trouble, it was almost 8:50 when I returned to the restaurant again, and many meals were gone. After a while, the restaurant waiter (looking at his clothes, he must be the foreman or leader of the restaurant) began to collect the meals without prompting the guests whether they needed additional meals! The service at the front desk and restaurant was so speechless! I carefully selected a hotel for half a day and the service was like this. I will never come here again!

The hotel room is very clean and tidy, the stay is very comfortable, there is a hot tea towel when you first enter the entrance of the hall, it feels like going home, all the staff in the corridor are smiling and saying hello, entering the room, the room facilities are fully equipped, The air conditioning heating is very powerful, the hot water pressure is very sufficient, the door is parking, there is a bus stop at the door, it is very close to the subway station, the location is very good. The handsome guy at the front desk is handsome and the 7 people are more enthusiastic and polite, and there is a self-service laundry room. The most praiseworthy thing is that there is also a gym. The facilities and equipment are very complete. This is a very cost-effective hotel. Choose this one for business trips.
