Just to try to sleep and one night, no more because you are in the middle of ***** with the Circus Circus at the door. Of course the views are brutal at *****. There is no breakfast (everything was gone in less than an hour) and my breakfast was not complimentary as they told me when I bought a room with breakfast included. They make you pay 100 dollars at the time of deposit and ONLY IN CASH. And the pool is a lie, it does not exist. Read other comments and you will see how it is always closed... It is a total rip-off with the pool and it is not that cheap. For a little more you can get a better hotel.

I arrived at the hotel on August 21st. The air conditioners are noisy and old. In the early hours of the morning I went to the reception to ask in the most respectful way if the room could be changed or something could be done about it, but I was met with unpleasant and very rude attention from a receptionist named Erika. I received a series of screams and rude words from her. I didn't understand why she was yelling like that. When I asked her why she was treating me like that, she told me that her father had died three days ago, that I should get out of there and not bother her. She even treated a maintenance man (very kind) named Juan Pablo badly because he left the reception to offer me an apology. Otherwise, the rest of the staff, including the waitresses, were very kind and understanding. The cleanliness and service were very good. In fact, one of them gave me the name of this lady, which I asked for so I could file a complaint. It is very delicate that they have the “face to show” such an unpleasant and neurotic character. I hope they take action in this regard. Customers should always be treated well, even more so when they are respectful. Thank you very much.

The hotel is in a good location and is easy to find. There are plenty of free parking spaces. The room facilities are old and the hygiene is average, but it is cheap. The swimming pool is open from 10:00 to 20:00. It is a pity that it cannot be used if you arrive late. The hotel requires 100 dollars in cash for check-in. Credit card pre-authorization is not accepted. The ATM in the lobby can only withdraw 200 dollars at a time and charges 3.5. It is recommended to prepare cash in advance. In addition, the breakfast is not prepared enough. If you arrive late, you may not be able to eat it.

The location is not too remote, the breakfast is simple, with bread, apples and coffee. The wireless network speed is extremely slow, almost the same as no wireless network.
