Nice and quiet

The hotel was old and smelled very old. The finishing were out dated and the staff was very odd. The water that came out of the faucet was a milky white and literally had some smoke like cloud coming off it. When I asked the front desk for bottles of water, he attempted to charge me $1 a bottle for Sam’s Club water. I advised that I did not feel it was acceptable to pay for water when the reason I had none was because of the disgusting water coming from the faucet in the room. I asked that if he could that he could give us another room. He ignored the request and wanted to see the water for himself. He followed us to the room and we provided the proof. He then brought us 4 bottles of water at no charge. BUT did not switch our room. Upon check out, we advised the morning front desk clerk of the water situation. She did not even offer to give us a discount off our room or any type of compensation for the potentially toxic exposure to the disgusting water. I would never stay in this location again. Furthermore, from this experience, I doubt I will stay in any choices line hotel. It is completely unacceptable that I paid over $100 for this room and was forced to have a $100 hold on my account that has still not been released. The room I stayed in was not worth more than $30 a night and reminded me of a pay by the hour type of establishment.

It's nice

It was easy to locate.

The hotel itself was clean and no weird smells. The main doors are not automatic, so make sure you have a free hand to get in. The bed was not the normal Sleep Inn quality. It was hard as a rock. They do offer a breakfast, but again, not the quality or quantity as is expected at Sleep Inn.

Everyone at check-in and check-out was very nice. Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was good

there were girls soccer teams there the day we stayed. they played soccer in the hallway from 11pm till 3am. screaming and carrying on . the Managers desk was less than 40 feet away and they did nothing to quiet them down. and on top of that the power was off about the same amount of time they were holding the soccer match in the hallway!

Very frustrated with the staff. Booked a room for my father and family, an upon arrival they did not receive the parking that is given with my level status even though I paid for everything. Exhausted from his long drive already had to search for parking for a long time.

Sarah was great when we checked out. Really enjoyed talking with her about our stay.
