Check in was delayed due to a problem with another couple checking in. It took to people to resolve the issue before I could be helped. Upon getting in the room, no bath towels so I had to call the front desk for towels. Also no tissues were in the room and at $205 (including fees and taxes) a night, I felt tissues should be a standard. Also feel I shouldn’t have my credit card charged for incidentals $50 upon check in when the room was booked my credit card was charged for the full amount 6 weeks before I arrived. Hopefully the $50 will be refunded immediately. Thank you for reading.

I called several days early and was told I could have early check in. When I got there, I was treated extremely rudely by front desk staff and told there’s “no way I could get early check in”. She never even pulled up our reservation. We left and returned extremely late in the evening, got our rooms, when we got to the room it was completely trashed and had not been cleaned. Had to get an entirely new room. Beds were terribly uncomfortable. One of the most frustrating stays at a hotel I’ve ever had!

We had a good stay at this property, staff was amazing. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was a plus and pretty good. The facility could use a little facelift and refresh, door locks tend to stick, at least the rooms that we stayed in. The indoor pool could use a little make over as well. Over our stay was great. The staff was amazing.
