Very unpleasant place to stay in, i stayed almost 2 weeks because didn’t have anywhere to go. I witnessed very unpleasant scenes of the receptionist treating guests like sh*t, swearing, calling them to FIGHT him, and kicking people out for no reason, or refusing people to let in because they were 15 min late and NOT giving their money back, simply kicking them to the street at 00h, extremely toxic. About the facilities, it would be ok, a simple cheap hostel, but the kitchen was inside the room which was very weird, the stove didn’t work so no way to cook, beds, sofas and wooden walls full of BUGS/BEDBUGS, linen dirty with BLOOD stains from other guests that the bugs had bitten. For all this, it should’ve been half of price even though it was the cheapest option in lisbon at the time. Don’t recommend it overall.

If I could I would give 0 but it's not possible. The "gentleman", if you can call him that, who manages this facility is extremely rude, not only does he pretend not to find the reservations, but when he finally finds them he starts telling you a thousand things lies about how in reality you didn't book what you paid good money for on booking. Obviously he blames everything on the website and surprisingly kicks you out of the hotel telling you to talk to booking because he can't do anything about it. In all this, he also keeps the €20 deposit that he requires at the beginning as soon as he enters the structure (as if the €250 reservation that he kept were not enough); when you point it out to him, he yells at you and chases you away again, threatening to put his hands on you (also getting his henchmen to intervene) and urging you to call the police. Be careful, don't make the huge mistake of booking here with them because it is a SCAM or you will find yourself with 2 children on the streets of Lisbon like us.

Worst accommodation I've ever been to in my life, when I got to the room, in addition to the terrible odor, there was still a person sleeping in my bed, which means they sold the bed twice (scam), on top of all this we also saw bedbugs in the bed and several people complaining of itching and having bedbugs in their bed. On the same night, there were five of us leaving at dawn. As if that weren't enough, the person in charge of the hostel is as arrogant as possible. I shouldn't even work in the public eye. When we reported the problem, they did not refund us the value of the two nights we did not enjoy (around €60 + €8 tourist tax). I hope they close this hostel quickly and punish this criminal behavior because it is an attack on health!

Severe reaction to bed bugs bites just 5 hours after I checked in! Huge infestation of bed bugs and the worst duty of care I’ve ever received. No compensation and the hostel didn’t respond to any of my messages regarding the bed bug infestation. Will definitely be taking this to health ministries in Portugal because this place shouldn’t be open. On top of the bed bugs, the place stunk.

I had an absolutely horrendous experience at this hostel. First, they sold me a bed in a 3-room, but when I arrived, I was directed to an open room crammed with more than 12 people. To make matters worse, they charged me twice for my stay and are taking more than 3 weeks to refund me (and I dont know if it will ever happen). The manager was the epitome of disrespect, using the reserved common space as his personal office, blasting loud music intentionally to drive away other guests. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place if you value your money and peace of mind; it's a total waste of both.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOSTEL. I bed had bed bugs and bed bug eggs in the bed frame. The hostel would not provide a refund even though we did not stay the night we booked because of this. The owner even hung up on me on the phone claiming he didn't speak english despite speaking to me in English before I asked for a refund.

From lack of organization upon arrival, not knowing where to place guests, to insects in the rooms, lack of hygiene in the beds... And when you finally try to get some rest you have the hostel's own employees talking all night and playing music ... Horrible... I don't recommend it to anyone!
