Very satisfied! Near Lisbon Airport, Lisbon Bullring is within a 5-minute walk. The room decoration is a little old, but it is very clean and convenient. It is worth staying!

Location is close to metro station and it’s easy to get to the airport and to the city center. There’s the supermarket near about 5 minutes walking down the street. Rooms are little bit old. The real surprise was a cockroach in my bathroom, as for me, I don’t care, but anyway this is four stars hotel and I didn’t expect this. We arrived late and there was only one guy on the reception that night, it was the small line there - two people before us, but we had to wait about around 15-20 minutes to check in.

The front desk service was very good, except that the staff who cleaned the room forgot to put on the garbage bag and forgot to provide water, so the front desk specially brought it up. Overall, I was very satisfied
