No response on extra bed till we reach the hotel. They claim hotel will not provide extra bed and it was late night. We had to book new room at other hotel for our driver. And the reception request our driver need to walk out from lobby so they can confirm he did not stay with us that night. Such a bad treat from them.😞. Parking need to pay....and the drive way very narrow. We may hit the wall if not careful during drive to parking down below hotel.

It's not bad. I stayed once in winter. This summer is more expensive, but it's close to the city center, so I think it's okay because it's okay to drive. We stayed a total of 5 nights at this beautiful, comfortable and friendly hotel. Thanks to the good connection, everything can be reached within a very short time. A car rental is also within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and we got a nice room on the 6th floor. The breakfast is also rich and delicious. Would highly recommend this hotel. :)

Wir waren im September 2024 für 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel und können es weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist perfekt. Es gibt in Lissabon 4 Metrolinien und 3 davon sind vom Hotel aus in 5 min zu erreichen. Die näheste Metrostation ist wirklich nur 2 min entfernt. Die Fahrt in die Stadt dauert auch nicht lange. Frühstück ist ausreichend und gut, abgesehen von Kaffee. Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich besonders an der Rezeption und der Bar. Zimmer sind sauber, jedoch etwas klein aber doch ausreichend ist nicht wirklich ein Kritikpunkt eher mehr als Information gedacht. Wirkliche Kritikpunkte gibt es nur 2 : der Automatenkaffee war wirklich nicht gut, das sollte in einem 4 Stern Hotel schon besser sein und der zweite Punkt ist dass es neben dem Bett keine Steckdose gibt. Auch im Bad haben wir eine Steckdose vermisst ebenso wie einen Fön ( hier bin och mir aber sicher an der Rezeption auf Nachfrage einen zu erhalten wäre kein Problem)
