This is one of the best vacations I have ever been on. The hotel location is beautiful, if you are a nature lover then this is a place to visit. There is a lot of fun things to do within the area. There are hot springs, boat riding, quad biking, zip lining and children’s play areas just to name a few. A lot of these activities are within walking distance from the hotel and if you’re not a fan of walking, the hotel provides free transportation to all the surrounding sites and amenities. The room was spacious and the staff cleaned the room thoroughly every morning. The views from our room were stunning and the service was flawless. My family and I will definitely be returning and we’ll be recommending it to everyone. 👍🏾🥰

However, the TV remote control is not very sensitive. Another small suggestion is that for such a high price, a Dyson hair dryer should be provided. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, cleaned in a timely manner, and fresh fruits are provided every day. Environment: The room is located in the mountains and forests. The air is very good. When you open the curtains, you can see the bamboo sea. It rained for two days when we stayed. It has a unique flavor, like a fairyland. The room is on the mountain, so you have to take the shuttle bus, which is troublesome. You have to walk a long way to get to the elevator. Service: The service is first-class. The butler Xiao Song is serious and responsible. If you have any questions, he will reply almost instantly and he can also recommend delicious food. I will choose to come here next time

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

There are few types of early dining, which are very average and need to be improved. The swimming pool and gym are outsourced, not very clean, and there are mosquitoes. The swimming pool is full of children's training before 1 o'clock, and hotel guests can't go in, which doesn't feel good. The hotel room is very large, and the attitude of the waiters is okay.

The experience is great. The key is that their hotel is very close to the scenic area, two kilometers away. We rode the scan-code small yellow car at the door to the scenic area. The road is congested during holidays, and the small yellow car is unobstructed throughout the journey. Hahaha, I will come again next time

The hotel is located near the night market. There are many supermarkets with fruit barbecues. The hotel is only a few minutes' walk from the Nanshan Bamboo Sea Scenic Area. The lady boss was beautiful and enthusiastic. She helped us locate the route in advance. When we arrived, she enthusiastically took us to the room and turned on the air conditioner. The food at her restaurant is also very delicious. It has food and accommodation all in one. I highly recommend everyone to stay there.

The hotel is very close to the Tianmu Lake Scenic Area, with convenient transportation and a parking lot🅿️. The girls at the front desk provide warm service. The room is spacious, has no peculiar smell, is well ventilated, the quilt cover and pillow are clean, the table lamp is very warm, the facilities are complete and powerful, the bathroom supplies are good, and the breakfast is hygienic. The taste is not bad. You can see the scenery outside the balcony. There are glowing trees at night. The atmosphere is good. The overall price is very high. It is worth recommending. They also have afternoon tea and barbecue. You can experience it next time, haha
