房間乾淨整潔，前台提早詢問我們什麼時候到，還提早把空調給打開，贈送的魚頭湯也燒好，我們到酒店後不一會菜都上桌了，很是是温馨，臨走時還送了我們當地的特產烏米，哈哈，不錯的一次旅住哦😯

房間很乾凈，服務很好，不管是接待台的姐姐，還是早餐的阿姨都很親切，服務很主動，有種賓至如歸的感覺，臨走還送了我們水。

1.工作人員服務都很熱情，退房時送了當地的烏米。
2.中式早餐種類齊全，符合家人口味。
3.離景點距離步行10分鐘左右，比較方便。
4.房間衞生條件一般，肉眼可見的灰塵，這點體驗非常糟糕。

入住送了一份天目湖大魚頭湯，比我們在家吃的新鮮，服務很客氣，很熱情，周邊停車也方便，距離景區也很近，樓下就是夜市，臨走，還送了袋烏米給我們，值得推薦的民宿，五星好評

房間乾淨，離竹海景區近。老闆娘人好，提前幫開了房間空調，退房時間往後延了一小時，中午睡了一覺才退房！還有伴手禮！
