Premier Inn London Ealing

Location is convenient and the price was quite decent given the location

As always. Great comfy bed, nice space in the room. However, not the first time I have run into this problem in a premier inn, the air conditioning fan wouldn't start. Went down to ask the reception team to see if i could get a fan in my room for my last night cos the heat was getting unbearable, sadly the guy working the night shift understood very little english and just thought that i meant the problem was that the fan was turned off and I receieved no fan and barely slept on my last night. Yes i know this sounds harsh but i have met plenty of people who come from overseas to work in hotels like this whose english is way better than what i've heard from some of the staff here. I love staying at premier inn, but please make sure the air conditioning in your rooms all work properly, just having the window open isn't enough some nights.

Overall, we were satisfied with our 3 night stay. The Room was big enough for our family of 4. Location was a bonus been close to Ealing broadway station. And with the Elizabeth line, you can catch a train to Paddington in less than 2 stops. Also bus stop outside the hotel. Hotel was clean, service was good, one of the staff members Papal was amazing, she asked us each morning about our stay and made us feel so at ease and made sure we had everything we needed. Also she accommodated us for breakfast each morning and made sure that everything was running smooth for us. The breakfast was great, we didn't eat dinner there so I can't comment. But i highly recommend Franco Manca pizza restaurant which is approx a 5 min walk heading towards Ealing broadway on left. Proabably the best Pizza i ever had. We had a few drinks at the bar most nights to wind down after a big day exploring London. Overall we had a good experience and would use Premier Inn Ealing again. Hopefully next time both lifts will be working as 1 lift is not sufficient in the mornings especially when there are staff using the lift too. Sometimes it felt forever to get down from Level 8 to Ground floor.

Very good accommodation near Ealing Broadway Station and connected with the city centre by District, Central and Elizabeth line. Comfortable and clean rooms, excellent and plentiful breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Mrs Lakshmi, always smiling and ready to meet every need.

Excellent brand new hotel, lovely modern decor / lighting and well laid out rooms with air conditioning. Would recommended for business travel as the rooms are so comfortable that working from the room / bar was a pleasure. Payal at breakfast was lovely and smiley, the breakfast counter and buffet was the best stocked and maintained I've ever seen. Thank you so much. Josh.

The bed is good I slept ok when I was here but unfortunately the food was not good the breakfast was cold and then the evening meal was not good the chios was really Greays so I couldn't eat the food the offered me a Dessert andrew drink which was nice
