An excellent hotel with normal network management. It’s fast, but for such a modest fee in London, it’s very good. The room has everything except a safe.
Breakfast is ok, quite good for the price of the accommodation.
There was a view of the canal, I asked politely, they gave it.
There is a coffee machine and 3 coffee machines +1 decaf. capsules.
Only the cleaners annoyed me; they knocked on the door often and for no reason. Either on the last day at 11:30 they asked when to clean, opening the door a couple of seconds later, which is outrageous, then after cleaning (during the stay) they did not put in coffee, sugar, or add soap. One day they brought milk in bags, apparently they made a mistake.
This is the only thing that bothered me.
Close to Custom House -Elizabeth Line + DLR.s metro station

Room opposite the loft wasn’t a great start and only half a roll of toilet paper so had to ask for more.when we go for comic con hotels always bump up the price which is wrong however we always end up here as it’s super close to excel.bar food downstairs is quite expensive but convenient as well as little supermarket to get snacks overall not a bad room.it was enough for our needs
