It was lovely to stay at the Primrose Guesthouse, it was in a perfect location for going to a gig in Camden & is situated in a great part of London.
Nothing was too much trouble for our host. We were able to check in early. The room was clean & had everything we needed. The full english for breakfast was delicious & plentiful. We would stay again!

We had a lovely stay at the Primrose House! Our host was extremely friendly and polite. She made us fresh English breakfast every morning and once we even got homemade cake for breakfast - delicious!
The rooms were simple but clean. The neighbourhood is really nice with beautiful Primrose Hill just around the corner.

An excellent guesthouse in a great part of London. Great cooked breakfast and also (which I appreciated) a good self-serve breakfast for early risers. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. Would definitely book again.

Home Sweet Home
Exquisite setting in an elegant residential area, close to public transportation, Camden Town and Little Venice.
We loved our accommodations: cozy, extra clean, comfortable bedding, functional with large shower.
Best of all was the family-like welcome from Lekha and the international feel enjoying a hearty delicious UK breakfast with other guests. We loved our stay at Primrose Cottage. It made us love our visit to London even more. A home to come home to every night.

I stayed two nights at this property as I was attending a course locally. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless and big enough for my requirements. The cooked breakfast was delicious but other options were available. The area seems to be very quiet and the property is a short walk from the tube at Belsize Park.

Lekha ist eine großartige Gastgeberin, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnutzung war viel größer, als ich erwartet hatte, das Bett anders als zuerst vermutet unheimlich bequem. Ich habe lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen!
Das Primrose Guesthouse liegt in einer sicheren Nachbarschaft, die Tube Stationen Swiss Cottage (ca. 15 Minuten) und Belsize Park (ca. 5 Minuten) sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen, ebenso wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants/Cafés. Camden Town ist zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten entfernt.
Eine absolute Empfehlung!

it is a typical private run B&B above average that I can recommend . Not a 5 star hotel but clean and everything is well maintained and offers good breakfast . In a nice and calm neighbourhood with a very friendly and polite owner . Not right in the city center but the subway / buses are not far
