Very satisfied and convenient for traveling. After spending a month in London I highly recommend staying here. The breakfast family ate less. It is more recommended to eat out and have a more hearty breakfast.

A hotel transformed from a residential building, an interesting experience. Beautiful windows facing the street, enjoying the view of the quiet side street. Tasteful facilities, room is quite big. The check in desk service was good. The small lobby is well designed. Recommended stay experience.

The hotel is very historical and the overall decoration is also very good, but the room does not have any hot water or coffee machine, which is very inconvenient. The porter at the front desk is very friendly, but the gentleman who checked in is very disappointing

Second September in a row we have stayed at this hotel and I would stay at no other. Perfect location to get anywhere and you can walk to so many places of interest if you don't feel like taking the very easy public transportation all around you. The staff makes you feel so welcomed and will assist you with anything you need day and night. can't say enough about this hotel. 10 out of 10!

Main issue for me was noise. Rooms are not sound proof and street noise woke my infant well before his normal time everyday which resulted in tired baby and parents. Reservations are not helpful and one of them is rather inhospitable, she made sure to say her name extremely quickly to ensure it was impossible to discern.

My husband got this hotel through his work and we personally booked a second room. They gave us connecting rooms in the attached building. The rooms were very spacious for London with places to sit in both rooms including chairs and a desk. Everything was very well appointed. The only complaints about the room were that the shower leaked onto the floor and that the curtains didn’t really close so my husband had to bring binder clips home from work. We also had access to the tenth floor lounge. They had some snacks the kids liked and the views were amazing. We went to the drinks there before dinner once or twice which was nice as well. As expected the hotel location was awesome.
