The location is quiet yet prosperous, with restaurants and supermarkets only 10 minutes away.

Good location, close to the underground. Early building works woke us up however we had everything that was needed.

Everything else was good, but the gap under the door was a little too big. If you are sensitive to soundproofing, it would be best to avoid it. Other than that, everything was great. There was a kitchen and it was perfect.

The location of the hotel is very good, but there is a problem with the logo of the supplier and the hotel. It is not marked that the hotel has a basement. It is recommended that you do not book the cheapest room type. Very average experience!

Spent 3 nights in this hotel located very close to Paddington station, so its location is indeed great and quite. Hotel itself is clean, room was spacey (we had a tripple bed room) and eqquiped with everything you need for your comfy stay (incl. a bulit in kitchenette). Staff was very polite and helpful (as we arrived at 1.30 AM and on our last day in London we were given opportunity to leave our luggage in the hotel and grab it prior to our departure to the airport in the evening). To sum up… we had a very nice stay in the Cleveland during our London trip.

Per essere una deluxe direi che è stata piuttosto deludente.Camera molto spartana,Il bagno era da un 2 stelle appena e lascio stare l’odore di fogna che c’era la sera. Meno male che era scontata in questo periodo altrimenti a prezzo pieno sarebbe stata una catastrofe
