The service is good. I asked in advance not to arrange a basement. All arrangements were made and the attitude was good. Although there is no breakfast, complete tea and fruit are also provided for self-service. The room is small, but this is normal in London. It will be difficult to spread out the suitcases, but it is enough for just one or two nights. The bathroom is big, which beats many hotels in the same price range. You can also check your luggage for free. The environment outside the hotel is also good.

Rubbish hotel does not want to give one star. The service is terrible. The breakfast is terrible. Toothbrush and slippers are not provided. Domestic 3-star garbage.

One of the most pleasant hotels in Earl’s Court, extremely helpful and friendly staff.
Rooms are very clean, fresh and with good ventilation, spacious bathrooms.
Will definitely stay again! :)

3 star hotel. Good location - only 5 min walk to Earls Court underground. Had the basement room (902). The basement level was damp and smelled with mildew. It was next to the elevator and staff rooms, so it was noisy. Heard all the elevator dings and guests noise. The room itself was ok. Needs better ventilation. Has A/C. Would not recommend the basement rooms.

I’m blonde and moved the pillows in the morning to find a bevy of black hairs! :( This being said, the quietness of the hotel was amazing and 5 minutes walk to the tube from the right exit! I would use it again but check the sheets! Very handy location and decent size room. I’d also only put my room on hold to see if Booking had a cheaper room as that happened to me and I’d already bought it.

Nice hotel with very good value for money. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was like new. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Public transport is nearby. There is a good selection of pubs and breakfast cafes in the area.

Stayed here for 1 night, I have stayed in many London hotels however not one where the service was as good as this one. The lady behind reception called me on the morning of my arrival to check what time we would be there, when we arrived she was really friendly and showed a genuine interest in our trip. On departure she asked if we would like our luggae storing and even offered us use of the facilities and refreshments. The rooms were really clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect just a few minutes away from Earls court underground. I had already booked this hotel for another stay and am so glad I have, going forward I will use this hotel for any future stays.
