Very well-located hotel in the Kensington neighborhood.
The rooms are spotlessly clean.
Upon arrival, I was surprised to have been upgraded to a club room.
Unfortunately, the selection in the hotel's grocery store is rather limited, and the restaurants close at 9:30 p.m.
My first room was slightly damaged, but the reception was incredibly responsive.

Staff were good at check-in, especially. The hotel was decent for the price we paid, and if you want a mid-90s experience, this is the place to go! We were happy, but had we paid anymore than £100-£150, we would have been disappointed. The hotel needs an overhaul. However, it is close to the station and easy to find. The trains are nearby and you can hear them but it's not too bad.
