I had an excellent stay at Holiday in London Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast served every morning. There was a great selection of fresh, tasty food, and it was the perfect way to start each day. A special thank you to Sultana, who was an amazing host. She was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. Her outstanding hospitality and genuine care made my stay even more enjoyable. The customer service throughout the hotel was exceptional—friendly, professional, and always delivered with a smile. I highly recommend Holiday in London Hotel to anyone visiting London. I look forward to staying here again.

hotel is very well located, just across the road from Victoria and Albert museum. Room is spacious and very clean, it’s quiet at night for sleeping. Breakfast is buffet and reasonably sufficient. Will definitely come back if needed in the future.

If you're staying here, you'll find the price reasonable, under 10,000 baht per night, especially since it's in Zone 2. Most places further in are over 10,000 baht. The hotel is clean and the service is standard. We requested two connecting suites for our daughters, and they had a sofa that converted into a bed. The furniture might look a bit dated because the hotel is old, but many things are clean and new. I liked the new Nespresso capsule coffee machine with complimentary large capsules. The tea here is also good. The bathroom has a bathtub with good water pressure, and the shampoo and conditioner smell nice. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it's a bit old and the mattress isn't very soft. But overall, it was a comfortable stay.

I initially booked a family room, but it was located in the old building, right on a main road, and the traffic noise was unbearable. I was given a 2nd-floor room, so I requested a change. They ended up giving me a 'Deluxe King Room' in the new building. Although it had one less small bed, the decor was much more modern, and the double-paned windows made it very quiet, which significantly improved my experience. The hotel's service was meticulous and thoughtful, and the breakfast offered a good variety and quality. There are many bus stops right outside, and a supermarket nearby, though it's about a 15-minute walk to the metro station. Overall, it offers great value for money. I look forward to the hotel's complete renovation. If you're staying here, I recommend choosing one of the newly renovated rooms.

Well located hotel! Near many restaurants and coffee shops as well as Gloucester underground station. Staff were super friendly and proactive trying to help in every way possible. The room was spacious and had everything needed. Bathroom door wasn’t locking but that wasn’t a big issue. Would highly recommend!

The room was spotless and just the right size, with a cute little window that added a nice touch – perfect for a solo traveler! They cleaned it every day. Right across the street is the subway station with three lines, taking you to places like Harrods, Buckingham Palace, and Heathrow Airport – super convenient. Next to the station, there's a supermarket, Boots, and fast-food places like KFC. I even tried Wingstop fried chicken there, and it was delicious. A 500-meter walk to the left takes you to the Natural History Museum and the V&A Museum. Walking about 1.5 km (around 20 minutes) north brings you to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. The breakfast was simple, but one day I was in a rush and they kindly packed it up for me to take away. The staff were very friendly. I still can't believe how I stumbled upon such a gem of a hotel! The location is highly recommended, and it's clean and comfortable.

My stay was made truly memorable thanks to Venky. His meticulous attention to detail and genuine friendliness stood out from the moment I arrived. He anticipated needs I didn’t even realize I had and consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Interacting with him was always a pleasure.. warm, professional, and sincerely caring. Hotel staff like Venky make all the difference. Highly recommended!

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the subway, you can go anywhere. The facilities are a bit old, especially the size of the house is too small, there is no air conditioning, only a small electric fan. The staff is still very enthusiastic. If you want to live a cheaper hotel, you can consider it.

The Drey has an efficient system of responding to customers’ needs through Whatsapp messaging. They also utilise security system of digitally enabled lock for both the entrance and rooms, making access and ownership to rooms very convenient. Only gripe was that some rooms were underground level which could not provide a view, and some rooms has TVs while others didn’t. So the rooms’ descriptions could have been better for each type so as not to create a surprise to customers’ expectations when they finally check in to the rooms.

This is a 'decent' hotel. Yes, that's the word. The facilities aren't brand new, but the mattress in the room is still comfortable, the towels are still soft, the toilet paper is still thick, and the hygiene standards are consistently good. The breakfast is a classic English breakfast, meeting the expected standards for a four-star hotel. The location is excellent, situated in a wealthy area of London with very convenient transportation; the subway station is right next door. And the price, especially during the off-season, offers fantastic value for money. Backed by the Millennium Hotels Group and Singaporean capital, it's surprisingly good – the hotel's own restaurant serves authentic wonton noodles and Hainanese chicken rice! Plus, guests get discount coupons! If I had to summarize in one sentence, I'd say this is a well-managed, old-fashioned but not outdated hotel.
