There is a self-funded airport bus to the hotel at Longyearbyen Airport. The hotel is isolated at the bus station. After getting off the bus, you can walk to the hotel reception in about 3 minutes. We live in a building opposite the reception, which is 3 floors high. The elevator is broken these days, so we have to take the stairs to the 3rd floor! The buffet breakfast is very rich!

There is a bus from the airport directly to the hotel entrance. It takes about 15 minutes to enter. You need to take off your shoes. The room is not big but it is very clean. It has heating and floor heating. The breakfast is not many and tastes good. The staff are very friendly. There is an outdoor specialty store and a supermarket on the street in front of the hotel. The restaurant is also delicious. I recommend staying here.

We were only there for 1night but the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The hotel atmosphere was warm, welcoming and relaxed. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed and the curtains blocked out the midnight sun. As with other Svalbard establishments you are expected to wear slippers in all areas of the hotel so if you don’t want to use those provided by the hotel, take your own. We also dined at the restaurant and the food was really good.
