Hotel con cierta antigüedad pero con un lavado de cara muy acertado. El personal es muy atento y no faltan actividades que realizar. Bar con precios normales y habitaciones muy amplias. El bufete a la hora de comer con no mucha variedad pero lo suficiente para quedar satisfecho. Lo reponen muy seguido. Tienen tratamientos de belleza y parking gratuito a partir del 15 de septiembre. Recomendable coger el trenecito turístico y visitar Los Alcázares. Cogerlo a las 19:10 en la puerta del hotel, te lleva al centro, paseas, te tomas algo y con el mismo billete puedes regresar a las 22:00

Hotel acogedor, personal amable y además buena comida en el buffet. Nos encontramos con detalles que en otros hoteles de más prestigio no han tenido, como prepararte purés para el bebé en las comidas y cenas, y tener merienda para los niños de 17:00 a 18:00. También fue una grata sorpresa el que en el alojamiento tuvieramos microondas y nevera.Además está muy cerquita de la playa, sin duda repetiría.

Estoy alojada en este hotel, un camarero llamado ALBERTO me ha faltado el respeto y me dicen que hasta mañana tengo que esperar que la dirección se ponga en contacto conmigo No he acabado la cena, tenía pendiente llevar a mis hijos a dar un paseo y no lo puedo hacer del disgusto que tengo Una noche perdida, un disgusto que no tengo que aguantar porque estoy de vacaciones con 2 niños y soy madre soltera, quien hace las cosas por mí ahora,? Como pueden tener gente tan impresentable trabajando con los clientes

Hotel de cuatro estrellas que no las merece ubicado a unos cien metros de la playa. Habitaciones correctas con bañera y almohadas muy bajas. Buffet muy pequeño y básico pero bastante aceptable. La piscina se queda pequeña al igual que las tumbonas para los huéspedes. Gimnasio aceptable. Paseo marítimo con no muchas tiendas y restaurantes.

Beautiful part of Spain, excellent location, near the beach, close to bars and restaurants and easy to get around. The rooms were spotless, comfortable beds, lovely friendly staff, delicious food at the breakfast and evening buffet, great choice for vegetarians. Pool was really clean with lots of sunbeds. We had a perfect stay, so relaxing.

Booked late at a good price for 2 rooms on a stopover ***** with friends. The location is great, very near the beachfront and just across the road from the ***** of bars and restaurants. The check in was friendly and easy, we managed to get a parking space just outside with no need to pay. There were plenty of sun beds around the pool for this time of year but I can imagine that there would not be enough in July and August. The pool was very clean and inviting with a lifeguard on duty at all times. Next to the pool was the bar/ cafeteria which had an excellent ‘happy hour’ from 5-7pm. The rooms were very spacious with a large double bed and good bathroom. Our friends had an issue with their aircon not working but ours was adequate although not brilliant. We did not eat at the hotel given the proximity to the neighbouring bars and restaurants. The pillows on the beds did let down everything else, they were lumpy, thin and not supportive, I had to double mine over to get it anything like comfortable. We would certainly return again.

one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in to be honest not sure I can find anything to fault at all, decent price, great location and equally great staff. The beach is near by, the main restaurants are within easy access with shops and supermarkets close by

Decent enough but miserable staff- good pool, good food but rooms dated and every evening at 1am a bloody train turns up and drops a load of drunk people off outside waking the whole hotel. Decent enough for a Benidorm experience. The pool is the best thing about it
