Very helpless, I lived in SF for more than ten days. Enchante is a hidden jewel. Luxury at its best; and impecably decorated. Perfection. The rooms are magnificent. We didn’t try the dinner, but the breakfast that was included is sub-par. The croissants were terrible and being a French hotel we expected something better.
Overall, we will definitely return.

My experience at this hotel was amazing. I was in town for business, working long days, and it was truly a pleasure to come back "home" to this hotel. The staff made me feel welcomed like a treasured guest. The rooms were beautifully and uniquely decorated. The complimentary glass of wine was so appreciated. I took a salad from the restaurant up to my room. It was ready very quickly and was delicious. The croissants are the best I have had in the states - perfectly flaky. The location is great - Los Altos is adorable.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Enchante. It is charming in decor and so comfy. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. And the location is perfect for strolling the equally charming downtown Los Altos.
