For the price, it really was fantastic. Actually was worth double the price. Loved it, will be back! Shout out to Eder at front desk, made the whole stay awesome!

Oscar was very kind and engaging. He was very respectful yet had a good sense of humor. He tried his best to give us the best experience possible, he made sure everything was to our complete satisfaction. We all appreciated the way he engaged in conversations. Oscar was fabulous!

I had the best stay ever this year for my birthday. The property is perfect and the staff is 5-Star. There were two gentleman in particular that helped us and just made EVERYTHING such a smooth experience. Manuel and Mauricio. I am a founding member at the resort and the experience is very special. All the food is fabulous and staff is really on point. Excited to come back.

Our Concierge Jose was a wonderful. The resort has the best Views in Cabo. Card service was good this year and the drivers friendly and I’m time. Maintenance of our room leaves something to desired. The patio door did not lock, the lights on our balcony didn’t work, the curtain rods to pull them Open or closed or broken. Whenever the air conditioner was on elite, all of the ceiling reported several times before Anyone came to look at it. After they were there it still leaked. We had so Many bad meals last year at the on-site restaurants that we did not go to any of them this time. Hope they improve for next year. We may try again.

Service from bartenders, waiters, etc was excellent. Food was good, easy to get reservations. Golf carts and drivers were amazing too. Lack of amenities for small birthday events. Timeshare presentations way too long and too much pressure.

Overall this was a mediocre experience and we will not return. The property was beautiful and well kept. The pools were amazing and heated very well. The rooftop infinity pool overlooking the ocean was gorgeous. The food was average at best. Anything beef (cheeseburger, steak) was inedible. The service was unbelievably slow and they felt very understaffed. They also nickel and dime you on everything. Room service is not included!! So be aware. You want to use their putting and chipping green - you have to pay. You want room service - you have to pay. Then they also have you sign receipts from every single item you order which was totally bizarre and had me concerned we would be charged. (They didn’t charge us). And one night waiting at the Mexican place for a table for a long time and my 4 year old was thirsty. They refused to give me a bottle of water from the bar and said I’d have to order from my waiter when we got a table. We just left. Grounds were pretty, food was ok, but service was terrible.

The resort is beautiful and the pools are nice except one of the family pools was pretty cold. Service at the pools and restaurants varied from excellent to slow. It seemed to get worse as our stay went along. The last day no one came to our table at all at breakfast. Pedro, Edwin and Odell were fantastic though!! The shuttle to the sister resort needs to run more often.

3 Ladies Getaway
We got the All Inclusive package from ******* which includes our flights. We got a spacious one bedroom ocean view. It includes I big living room, 2 bathrooms 1 bedroom with a king size bed and a chaise lounger. And a long patio overlooking the ocean with chairs to watch the sunset. We are happy with our room. There are many fine dining restaurants you can eat from. Maybe around 15 to choose from. All have great food and amazing views. Some need reservations ahead of time. After adding the amount we would have paid to eat and drink like queens for 3 days alcohol included) it amounted to $425 pp. we paid $1150 for our all inclusive package. This is a steal! They plenty of heated pools to play in. Our favorite is the infinity pool!
2 perks that we didn’t know about till our last day. The front desk staff for some reason didn’t emphasize these. This hotel has a sister hotel in Cabo San Lucas dock where we took advantage of their nice pool and their restaurant. It is also the spot where the hotel’s free shuttle drops you off and picks you up every two hours.
This perks are pretty cool if you want to do some water activities such as glass bottom boat that takes you to the arches (fun ride) or the sunset dinner cruise which I will tell you to skip. Overall this is a wonderful trip with wonderful accommodations!!

The basic room we were first placed in at the building el encanto was outdated just painted & we were never informed carpets were old fixtures were rusty. We complained about it and were moved to an amazing studio space very clean and to our standards with an incredible view. The property itself is amazing & the staff!
