Many waiters, but almost no attention, zero activities, bar closes very early, a lot of noise on certain levels due to the ventilation, the elevator in the altitude tower did not work for 1 day. There are 8 floors.
Buffet always the same thing every day, dinners in restaurants are the same as in the buffet only a la carte and it takes up to 30-1hr waiting even when the place is not full, you have to go to the bottom of the lobby to do reservations for restaurants, with the cocierge in case of altitude, but you never feel that “plus” of extra payment, small rooms more than in the one you see in photos, but they do their job.

The resort was fine: the things we really liked were the kids pool area, the room, the scheduled activities (water polo, beach volleyball, Mexican party).
The areas needing improvement are the food (not enough variety/ quality for breakfast and lunch), the service (took too many reminders to get a drink by the pool), and the lack of a hottub.
Felipe did a nice job showing us around and making us feel welcome. Ismael was a good server and friendly.
If you can afford something nicer, probably do that, if not your stay here will be fine, it just won't blow you out of the water, unless you're the foam at the foam party.

Excelente hotel, tiene una vista hermosa al mar, buenos restaurantes, variedad de comida, las bebidas de calidad, el check in y el check out fue rápido, la habitación ya la tenían lista con buena vista al mar y amenidades modernas, nos dieron oportunidad de quedarnos un rato después de hacer el check out, está relativamente cerca al aeropuerto de San José del cabo en carro, fue un viaje de Luna de miel con mi pareja, nos tocó atendernos Josafat en el área de playa e hizo de nuestra estancia más fascinante, atento a lo que necesitáramos y nos facilitó muchas cosas en el hotel, agradecemos que cuenten con personal como él, no duden en visitar este hotel y si tienen la oportunidad de ser atendidos por Josafat no se arrepentirán 10/10!! Plan on tipping for every drink. If you don’t the waiters will ignore you. Pool side bar was impossible to get service. You have to order through your waiter. Very watered down drinks. If you forgot something like sunblock plan on paying through the noise for it at the resort. Better off walking into town and buying it there.
