Amazing service!!! Give him a raise!!!! He was phenomenal given the fact that I just got off our flight and we were extremely hungry! His mannerisms, gestures and professionalism where the upmost quality reminds me of Michelin star service! Thank you so much!

Great service!! Rodrigo Ramirez is the absolute best waiter ever! He was on top of it. He brought my group drinks without us even asking for them. He is personable and intentional in conversation, my group will definitely be back just to have him as our waiter. Rodrigo Ramirez, we love you!

We love Rodrigo Ramirez at the peninsula! We would show up and an aperol spritz was waiting for us, made just how we liked it! We felt very welcomed and taken care of. The food was delicious and the views magical. Loved the nachos! Would recommend visiting this spot.

Favorite restaurant at the resort is Peninsula. Our first night our server was Rodrigo Ramizer. He remembered our drink orders and had them ready for us the next time before we even had a chance to order. Would highly recommend this place and request Rodrigo as your server.

Great was a good guy great energy brought shots before we asked knew what we wanted. Excited to be at work great conversation. Above and beyond. Radregio remerize, breakfast and lunch by the pool bar is the best place to go. He will get what you need and want great guy.

Very average resort at best. I stayed five nights in May 2024 during cinco de mayo week. Hotel downgraded my room from ocean view to a regular room, I had paid $300-400 more for the ocean view room. It gets worse, the first night there, hotel staff entered room and stole money from my backpack. The entire stay the hotel didn’t get a hold of me about the person who entered the room. I will never stay here again. The cocktails are horrible here.

Our server Byan Morales was amazing. He did a fantastic job of getting us to try different local specialties. His attention to our needs and overall service over the week was top notch and made us feel like we were on a true, relaxing vacation. Great customer service, very friendly, and welcoming personality.
