Un hotel que cubre con las necesidades de un viaje ,limpio ,seguro y tiene cerca super y pasa en la puerta transporte para moverte a San José de los cabos o a los cabos san Lucas . El restaurante es bastante pequeño y los desayunos si son bastante limitados quizás no serían la mejor opción si desea una oferta más variada

The staff here were absolutely awful. I accidentally booked the wrong dates for my hotel (1 day apart, 1 hour after booking) and they did absolutely nothing to rectify it or try and help me. Because i booked online they told me to contact *******, so i sat in the lobby for an hour trying to get in contact with someone and they said they were waiting for the hotels response! Insanity. Finally another man (not the woman i was originally dealing with) came over and offered me a room and said we could deal this in the morning he was friendly and kind. The woman who was helping me (March 14th @ 10:30 PM) took my ID and forgot to give it back, and gave me a room key that did not work. They did not show me where the elevators were and when i asked they pointed instead of getting off their chairs and escorting me. Absolutely embarrassed this is a marriott hotel. If i could give it no stars i would.

Check in was easy. The hotel was in a good location and the suite was nicely decorated. The suite had a lot of women’s hair on the bed, floor and shower so I do question the cleanliness of the suite. The breakfast was the same everyday and the last day the eggs was cold. I would recommend providing some protein as well. The breakfast was not filling nor tasteful. The free paling was the best and the pool area was clean.
