We planned our dream wedding at secret Los Cabos and was not quite sure what to expect. Our wedding coordinator Monica Olivares was absolutely phenomenal! She deserves a raise. The resort was beautiful, clean, all of the meals were delicious and the staff were great! The views from Oceana in the pool area were absolutely breathtaking. The only downfall that we encountered was the chair issue around the pool. The guest could be so rude. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort and plan to come back! It was a week to remember!!!

Terrific experience at this all inclusive, adults only resort! Eduardo helped us to land a fantastic dinner cruise for $70 and a sales presentation (it was lengthy, but well worth the value of the beautiful and memorable sunset cruise around the Cabo San Lucas arch. Josue at the Rodizio Grill at the resort gave us excellent service the couple of nights we dined with him. Antony at the Portofino restaurant was also demonstrated great care while waiting on us and even made our 30th anniversary dinner very special, topping it off with a personalized message for my wife and I. Prospero assisted poolside with refreshments and drinks and anticipated our every need! Property was pristine with gorgeous views and courteous and thoughtful staff! Thank you to the excellent team at Secrets Los Cabos!

Cons Room service - incorrect 2/3 times All the food and restaurants were bad, low quality; comparable to cafeteria food Breakfast buffet dirty No reservations - wait times are 1 hr+, then meal itself is excruciating slow Drinks weak/watered down liquor & beer not cold Pool not clean, cloudy, debris Other pools for preferred members only Downtown Cabo 45 minute drive (this isn’t the resorts fault, and I was aware of this, but it’s worth mentioning; Uber XL to town approx $80USD) Timeshare sales pitch at check-in Pros Swim-out pool in our suite was nice Grounds were pretty This will be the first and last time we ever do an all-inclusive resort. Smaller, boutique hotels offer a much better overall experience and higher quality options. This was tolerable since we went with friends but it’s definitely not a 5-star resort by US standards and the food and drink left a lot to be desired.

We just returned from a 6 night stay at Secrets Puerto Los Cobos Golf & Spa Resort. We had a great time. The food was good and the service of the staff in the hotel was exceptional. Shout out to outstanding service at the El Patio - Server Matis; Oceana - Servers Salvador and Franco; Manager Ricardo and Market Cafe - Elot. In each instance, these gentlemen were very attentive to our requests. We had a swim out pool which was a first for us. The mini bar in the room was stocked daily.

Manny did awesome at the hibachi dinner! I would recommend everyone to go to the resort and visit the hibachi restaurant! Just look out for the iguanas, thank you thank you!! The pool was great and warm! July was a good time to go wasn't too hot wasn't too cold!

I want to give a special shout out to Oceana restaurant and the excellent service we received from my husband 60th birthday celebration. Not only was Secrets resort above and beyond anything we could’ve asked for but these men made my husbands birthday perfect. They had a beautiful table set up for 18 of us and the service and food was amazing. We could not of ask for a more perfect night. Thank you so much!

Manny and Charlie were the best! Most entertaining hibachi I’ve ever been to. Steak was juicy and flavorful, shrimp so buttery and good. Charlie has great spatula skills. Fried ice cream was a great way to finish the evening. All around great vibes

Great hotel and location, but pools and poolside seating could be larger. Lounge chairs were usually all taken by 8am. Also, the breakfast buffet is very limited.
