The hotel has cockroaches which is a sign of bad hygiene. The service by the pool is really bad , forget your orders and send you to get them . The elevators don’t work . The options for breakfast and lunch are super limited. In general the maintenance is bad , the painting , the glasses are dirty . I asked to get my money back in the first night and leave but they didn’t let me even when they went to kill the bugs after three calls . Definitely the worst hotel I have stayed .

Great time with no crowds. Food, especially asian restaurant was fantastic. Roberto the concierge was excellent in terms of responding to requests and spontaneously providing help, recommendations etc. This is second year in a row in August, will do it again!

Restaurant tokimeku karina my favorite food is wasabi sashimi and New York steaks the restaurant is beautiful is very cleaner recommendation the Karina is fantastic Karina is the best’s the sushi’s is very fresh salome she is beautiful cooking is good and Pedro

What a trip, Carlos in the reserve was beyond excellent. As a concierge he was in contact multiple times daily with quick texts. Helped arrange all our excursions and travel to and from. Extremely impressed with the hotels cleanliness and attention to detail. Jenifer in the nespresso bar was excellent at mixing all my weird coffee orders. Don’t let August scare you, weather is great but crowds are low yet all activities are available!

Jeniffer always has a great smile and knows exactly what I love to drink. She was amazing and great asset to Paradisus !!! I will miss her very much back home. If you are ever at Paradisus Cabo please make sure you stop by Nespresso on the level below the entrance and be amazed!!!

The restaurant tokimeku is the best … waitress Karina is excellent … great recommendation… is very good my favorite food is wasabi sashimi and New York Robata Yaki, and sake is the best The restaurant is beautiful they stay every day is very very good thank you so much

Tokimeku Karina The restaurant to Kimiko is the best. My favorite is crispy rice and shrimp. Tempura roll. my favorite drinks is Pepsi recomendation that Karina is the best and they I like it every day thank you so much. The people the restaurant to Kameko the chef and their hostess is the best. Thank you so so much. Every day is the best.
