Tres bel Hôtel, propre, personnel très gentil, repas self très bon mais plat froid, peut-être mettre à disposition un micro-ondes. Petit bémol 2 cafés pris le 1er jour 4,20 à table. Le lendemain 4 euros au bar 🤔. Très près du sanctuaire. Une belle chambre pour 3 personnes. Ce commentaire n est pas une critique mais un simple constat : l odeur de cuisine présente dans les chambres au moment du petit déjeuner et des repas.

Personnels très accueillants, service en salle irréprochable, bonne cuisine, chambres très confortables et propres.Prestations et accueils donnant envie de revenir, nous avons trouvé notre adresse. Cet établissement est vraiment à conseiller pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, car le personnel est au petits soins pour venir en aide ou apporter une parole réconfortante particulièrement dans la salle de restauration.

Geweldig vriendelijk personeel maar er leek een personeelstekort. Zo is onze kamer wel elke dag mooi opgeruimd geweest, verse handoeken voorzien en de bedden opgemaakt. Maar de vloerbekleding werd bijvoorbeeld niet gestofzuigd dit konden we zien omdat er bij aankomst een haarpluk op de grond lag en deze lag er nog steeds op dag 5. De tafels werden vaak pas afgeruimd nadat je alle 3 de gangen had genuttigd. En mensen met speciale diëten kunnen best zelf waat suikervrije en lactose vrije producten meenemen want ze willen dit echt wel voor je voorzien maar het is nog niet ter beschikking. Hrt lactosevrij dieet was ook niet goed gekend door de kok. Maar iedereen deed zijn best en het hotel is uitstekend gelegen.

mia mogli ed io ci siamo fermati due giorni; La location è molto comoda come posizione per accedere alla grotta ed alle basiliche; le stanze sono comode e spaziose; il personale è molto gentile e disponibile; colazione e cena (noi eravamo a mezza pensione) molto varie di ottima qualità. Insomma tutto molto bene.

Stay overall was great. LOCATION: Great location - easy & short walk to Porte Saint-Joseph. I found that crossing over to Av. Mgr. Schoepfer from Rue Sainte-Marie is a shorter walk to Porte Saint-Joseph than going down Rue Sainte-Marie. You can cross over via a short staircase across Limburgse Winkel and by the Little Cafe Bar Restaurant. OR on Rue Sainte-Marie right after the Little Cafe Bar Restaurant, there is a side street in between two souvenir stores (across from the New Orleans Cafe -great food & service). THE BEDROOM: The room was spacious with several outlets and counter space. The mattress, pillows & bedding were comfortable. The room had a mini-fridge which was unplugged. I plugged it in but do not know if it chilled since I never used it. Would have liked access to an ice machine. THE VIEW: My room faced Rue Sainte-Marie which had a nice view Rue Sainte-Marie & Av. Mgr. Schoepfer. I could also see the Crucifixion of the Way of the Cross High Stations from the window, which can be opened, as well at the entrance to Porte Saint-Joseph. THE BATHROOM: Spacious, nice lighting, the showerhead, water pressure & water temperatures were great! THE STAFF: Very helpful, friendly and polite staff. A special shout out to Joao.

Habitaciones renovadas muy agradables. La cama inmejorable en tamaño y comodidad. Dispone de dos tipos de almohadas para que elijas la que más se adapte a ti. El bufet muy pobre para el precio que tiene. Parquing en la misma entrada. Volveremos sin duda.

Superbly located hotel, clean rooms and facilities, courteous and extremely helpful staff. Ideal for any persons with mobility issues, which friends accompanying us possess. My favourite hotel in Lourdes and will surely stay there again.

The location was excellent, a few minute walk to St. Joseph's gate entrance to the Our Lady of Lourdes Shrine, which was our reason for our trip The dinner buffet was excellent! However, the breakfast buffet was ordinary and not so good. The room was small but comfortable.

Clean and tidy Hotel very close to the sanctuary. Even though it is a bit high up on a hill, Elevator is available to the road level, which is a big advantage to elderly travellers. Once you go down, it is a 5 minute walk to the sanctuary. Friendly staff, nice bar, and restaurant is available. There are also several restaurants outside that offer good food choices. Highly recommend and will definitely come back.
