No availability of handwash liquid and toilet paper in washroom. Answer by reception is- "we dont provide handwash liquid. Use soap instead of liquid. What a cheap service and reply by receptionist

Honestly i would have given 10 star if that was possible. I loved being there in mapple leaf. Everything was provided that was promised. I simply loved it

Room was clean and the location is best. Bed and linen were clean. Fridge and ac were working fine. Maintain cleanliness in washroom.

Stay is good but water draining in washroom is noticeable & house keeping service is very slow. Thank you mmt. I don't have.

Bad room. Horrible washroom. Curtains were broken. Towel was smelly. Except the location nothing was good about the hotel.

Hotel is budget, but not maintained, rooms lights are low, need urgent coloring, improvement is required. However staff is good.
