We requested her one balcony room as well as one interconnected room. Highly thankful to her that she keenly agreed to our request. I am deeply touched with Ms. Anshika's exemplary professionalism and high standards of work ethics. She is extremely accomplished executive and an asset to IHCL. She ***** with Ms Shereya, Ms Monica and Ms Soumya tirelessly did every effort in making my stay truly comfortable and memorable. Ms Shereya decorated the room for my kid, which he loved it. Ms Monica and Ms Somya were extremely courteous in sending a complimentary cake for my son.From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my visit, every detail was handled with care and professionalism. Taj commitment to guest satisfaction is evident, and it made my time here relaxing and enjoyable. Please extend my appreciation to everyone on the team who contributed to such an exceptional experience.
