The staff at the reception are very friendly although they can ‘t speak English but they tried to use device to communicate. I have made the request to check out late and they offered us with kindness hospitality. We received special gifts and made me impress. I liked the pillows and bed it is clean and made me have a good sleep likes home. The location of the hotel is perfect because It is near the Metro just 5 min walk. The street which opposite of the hotel is street good. I tried Peking duck is very nice! The hotel is between the old town and Shui and Tang Palace, bus station is 2 min walk.

GGuest UserWe come to Luoyang often to visit family, this was our first stay at Rezen hotel. The hotel location is very convenient, not far walk from Wangfujing and Xinduhui, both offer restaurants and shopping. The subway is not far at xinduhui, it’s the transfer point for line 1 and 2. The hotel staff was very friendly, they delivered fruit plates to us daily and a gift after check out. We got one family room which is bigger than we expected, it has 1 king, 1 full and 1 twin, 1 bathroom in each of the 2 rooms, very spacious. The breakfast was good, but not much western food, mostly Chinese which was fine for us. Wi-Fi works well, free laundry on 4th floor. Overall, very good hotel and definitely recommend it to other travelers.

From the moment I checked in, the front desk was very welcoming and thoughtful, and worked quickly and efficiently. Check-in was easy and pleasant. After checking in, I felt great from the moment I walked in. Free tea, fruit, capsule coffee, and Yakult. The bedding is also very comfortable. The toiletries have a light and elegant fragrance. On the first night, because I had a lot of free time, I took a look around the interior of the hotel. It can be seen that the design details are very carefully thought out, and there are design details everywhere. The location of the hotel is also very good. It is very close to most of the scenic spots. Yingtianmen Paradise Hall and Longmen Grottoes are just a short taxi ride away. Even when we were waiting for the rental, he would explain to us some things about the attractions and where to eat. It has an excellent geographical location and is a must-see hotel for (night) tours of Longmen Grottoes. 【Facilities】Really old and outdated, such as the bathroom and recreation center (gym) seem to have entered the last century. But after all, it is an old hotel, and it depends on everyone's preferences and focus. Finally, I chose to stay in. The overall greening, service, and meals of the hotel are still very powerful, and they complement each other. After all, they are playing outside during the day. The shower water is hot spring water. Greenery can be seen when you open the window. 【Service】The service is warm and patient, really nothing to say, the service of the old guesthouse is nothing to say, and it is given super five stars. Provide high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off service, and the vehicle is a high-end business car. HHuanglyPros: 1) very friendly and accommodating front desk, they gave us extra water bottles, gave recommendations for restaurants, and responded quickly to my questions on wechat 2) great location 3) clean rooms 4) pretty good selection for breakfast 5) stored our luggage for free 6) they gave us some snacks as gifts when we checked out Cons: 1) our rooms weren't ready for check in when we arrived even though their check-in time is advertised as noon (but it's because their checkout time is at 2pm, so if the previous guest hasn't checked out before noon, it is impossible to get your room at noon); but they can store your luggage for you at the front desk so it is a minor problem if you don't need a room right away 2) there was construction work at the front entrance of the hotel, so we had to walk through a bunch of debris and loud noises; this shouldn't be a problem once the construction work is done, but it was still a surprise for me Overall, the place is great for the price, location, and service.

AAnh-BaoGreat bargain given how insanely big the rooms are. I booked a room with queenside bed, bathroom, sink, shower AND bathtub but I was also shown two family rooms that have multiple beds and even living rooms. They were also super affordable. The hotel has no restaurant so you cannot have breakfast there. However - plenty of restaurants are within a 5 minute radius. There is also a supermarket and a couple convenience stores within 3 minute radius. The rooms and public areas are kept pretty clean. However - the various areas are in different states. The reception looks like it could need a renovation yesterday. The hallways leading to the rooms look pretty new while some of the rooms (e.g. family rooms) look pretty fresh while my room looked like it is close to being in need of a bathroom renovation. However - it was clean and still in good enough shape and in terms of pricing it was an absolute bargain. I paid way more for much worse in places like Shantou or Paris. Would I stay there again? If price levels remain the same I would absolutely stay there again. Very nice staff.
