"I compared several hotels around the airport. Some were overpriced with exorbitant rates, while others were in very remote areas with limited dining and amenities, and I couldn't understand how they justified such high prices. Ultimately, I chose this genuine 5-diamond gem, which offers incredible value for money. It's only a 7-minute drive to the airport and provides a free shuttle service, which was a huge convenience. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, including a gym and a self-service laundry room. This was particularly helpful for a long trip like the Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop, allowing me to do laundry and work out. Plus, the surrounding waterscape environment is excellent. The service from all staff members was impressive. The front desk receptionists were gentle and patient, and check-in was very fast. Any requests for room service were promptly handled, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. The à la carte restaurant on the second floor offers outstanding value; the dishes are reasonably priced and genuinely delicious. I could easily enjoy a full meal without leaving the hotel. The biggest surprise was the breakfast, which was definitely the closest to mainland Chinese tastes I encountered on the entire Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop, with a wide variety of options that were comforting and satisfying. Overall, this hotel completely outperforms the overpriced hotels near the airport. It's perfect whether you're looking for a layover spot or a business stay. Full five-star rating, I highly recommend choosing this hotel if you're in the area."

"Highly recommended hotel! Firstly, the front desk staff were warm, efficient, and professional. Seeing that we had a child, they proactively upgraded our room based on availability, making the whole process smooth and comfortable. Secondly, the hotel rooms are well-equipped, with relatively new facilities, air conditioning, and spacious, clean interiors. Thirdly, during peak delivery times when the robots were overwhelmed, the hotel staff helped deliver our takeout to the room. Their service-oriented mindset and willingness to go the extra mile for guests were impressive. Fourthly, the location is very convenient, making dining, entertainment, and shopping easily accessible. Overall, I personally think this is a hotel worth recommending to good friends."

"A Warm and Memorable Stay in Xining ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a truly wonderful stay at Boliya Bu Hotel in Xining. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed not only by the excellent facilities and comfortable rooms, but also by the warm and thoughtful service. One of the hotel staff members shared their service philosophy with us: “我们希望给客人带来最温馨的体验” — “We strive to provide our guests with the warmest and most welcoming experience.” We felt that this was truly reflected in the way the staff treated us throughout our stay. What made our stay especially memorable was the genuine hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive and always ready to help. Their sincere and caring service gave us a wonderful feeling of being welcomed and looked after, rather than simply being hotel guests. The hotel also provides many thoughtful complimentary services, including a good breakfast, late-night snacks and a self-service laundry room. These little touches made our stay so much more convenient and comfortable, especially after a long day of travelling and sightseeing. The facilities are excellent, the service is outstanding, and the overall experience is excellent value for money. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant and relaxing. "Staying at the Qaidam International Hotel in Xining was such a breeze! The room was clean and even had a humidifier, which is perfect for the high-altitude climate. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and efficient, and the soundproofing was excellent. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm here."

"Let's start with the positives: the location is excellent, with many restaurants nearby making dining convenient, and there's an airport shuttle stop right outside. The higher floors offer a panoramic view of the city's nightscape, which was one of the reasons I chose this hotel for my last stop in Xining before flying home. However, on the second day, breakfast was a bizarre experience. They had simply set up a few tables with food in the second-floor hallway, and strangers were squeezed together at large round tables to eat. It was incredibly awkward. There were only two or three unresponsive servers who showed no service awareness. On the third day, we were informed that breakfast had returned to the first-floor restaurant, and the food and environment were finally up to a normal hotel standard. Since my flight was in the afternoon, I called the front desk and was granted a late check-out until 3 PM, which shows the hotel's consideration for guests and good service. This is also why I gave a higher rating."

"The hotel is clean, location is great to the nearby supermarket, shopping malls and the wildlife park. Many restaurants around. It would be great if there's dryer attached with washing machine. Breakfast is great, blended with both western and Chinese selections. I came back to stay with Sebel after my previous stay because of the friendly and informative stuffs who have helped me with the luggages and check in. However, why I rated the service with lower point because after I came back to stay for 2 consecutive nights, we have encountered different stuffs that gave totally opposite vibes, which were arrogant and no greetings, no smile."

"I had originally booked another hotel, but two days before check-in, I found out it didn't have air conditioning. I promptly switched to this one. It turns out that even in Xining (the 'Summer Capital'), AC is still a must. The hotel's location is excellent; it's incredibly convenient for public transport, with bus stops all around, making it easy to get to the main attractions in the city. There's even a park right across the street. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, the mattress had just the right firmness, bottled water was generously provided, and there was even a capsule coffee machine. The bathroom was large, with a separate wet and dry area. For breakfast, they offered local specialties like beef noodles, rice noodles, blanched vegetables, and milk tea. I particularly enjoyed the hot dishes because they had a good variety of vegetables. I'll definitely stay here again when I come to Xining."

They also have an underground parking garage, which is great for those traveling by car. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the bedding was very comfortable. The hotel's surroundings have a well-developed commercial area, making shopping and strolling very convenient. It's close to Xining's shopping streets and night markets. Highly recommended!"
