Exceeding expectations, the hotel is like a park, a quiet place in the city center. Three-story buildings are scattered in the park, with a patio in the middle. The general service desk is in Building 8, dining is in Building 9, and accommodation is in Building 7. It seems that the shuttle bus can take guests to the room after checking in. The indoor furniture seems to be solid wood, equipped with desktop computers and welcome fruits. Breakfast has freshly made ramen, the chili oil is fragrant but not spicy, the ramen is thin, chewy and smooth, the soup base is mellow, and there are special yogurt and barley cakes. Looking forward to staying again.

What we liked: - We received a friendly welcome from the hotel staff. - The Family Room was spacious and comfortably accommodated three adults, or would be suitable for two adults and two children. - The AI-controlled lights, curtains, and TV added a modern and convenient touch to the room. - We made use of the gym and self-service laundry facilities, which were convenient and well maintained. - Although the hotel is not located in as lively an area as Wanda, it was about a 1 km leisurely walk to the shopping district. We also managed to enjoy a late-night hotpot dinner at a nearby restaurant. - The hotel is located in a quieter area, so guests looking for more shopping and dining options within walking distance may prefer staying closer to Wanda. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for comfortable stay.

The room was very spacious, and I even got a free upgrade. It was clean and tidy, and the service was warm and welcoming, especially an older staff member at the front desk who proactively greeted me and helped with my luggage to the room, which made a great impression! Breakfast was also good.

The ladies spoke super gentle, the attitude was very good, and the appearance was very eye-catching. Every time I had any questions, I patiently answered them. People feel very kind when they come in. The cleaning aunt is also super careful, and I am really embarrassed to help me wash my clothes. I clean up the room every day, neat and tidy, the details are handled in place, the bedding and hygiene can not be faulted, and the living is particularly comfortable. The room environment is also very good, clean and tidy, living is very relaxing, quiet, not noisy at all, staying in the room is very comfortable. Staying for six days, it is really as comfortable and comfortable as in my own home, whether it is service or health, it is impeccable, and the price is super high.

I booked this hotel last minute for a sudden business trip. On the way, I accidentally lost my charger, and I urgently needed to work that evening. I contacted the front desk just to try my luck. The staff quickly brought charging equipment and thoughtfully reminded me to call if I needed anything else. The room was meticulously cleaned, even the corners were spotless, and the bed was soft and quiet. I worked late into the night, and there was hardly any noise in the hallway, so I slept very soundly. The location is convenient for getting around, and the overall atmosphere is warm. This is honestly the best deal in town. I have been coming to Xining for 10 years, stayed in different hotels each time. This is for sure my favourite one and the best deal in this range of prices. First, the location. Right in the city centre, with a lot of taxis coming by (this can be an issue for hotels in other locations, where taxis are more rare). It is super convenient and one can reach any part of town efficiently and quickly. There are many buses that go from here to anywhere in town. Second, the quality of the room, of the bed (super super cosy and comfortable, which is really nice after travelling roughly for two weeks in the nearby countryside), the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Very good hygiene products, not cheap toothpaste and soap like in other hotels. Third, and most importantly, the quality and warmth of the service. At the reception, the employees are very friendly and understanding, very warm-hearted, You feel really welcome in this hotel. They have helped me in several ways. especially Mrs Jane and Mrs Sunny Bai: fantastic people! They also speak English! Makes the whole stay memorable, enjoyable, relaxing. I will surely come back here next time. This is an upper-tier hotel made available with affordable prices. Thank you!
